Customer support seems to just disappear when you are in the middle of a chat. It's happened to me twice in less than a month. Today a support rep named Micheal asked me to send screenshot to him. I did as he asked and he just never came back never told me about any issues their system was having, just plain ignored me. Great Customer support rep! Well I sent my wallet information as requested to the email givin here and recieved no response. Now I just feel like I am getting the run around.
