It doesn't work!!! I've been trying to register completely and get access to the long-awaited wallet for several times now, when I click on the "create wallet" button, the application just crashes, however, the same problem with the site, everything literally crashes!!!! It just throws me back to the working screen of my device!!!! Total crap!!!! It's a scam!!!!!

This app requires features modifications.Log in with email address without password is risky and not secure. The password is required when one is log in the wallet. The 2fa code need to be sent back on the screen automatically this would enable the user to enter the code directly on the same page and this proves without doubt that this is the device owner, otherwise make sure the user gets the same page abruptly right after reading the code from the email sent to the same device. Moonpay is useless

Tried to buy a number of times over the past couple of months. Each time ‘moonpay' fails, freezes, errors etc. makes the app useless.

Scam

I bought $400 of bitcoin and they took $53 dollars in hidden fees. Bought $50 ether out and only received $40. They just ate sixty of my hard earned dollars :(

Delayed fund transfer and high fees

I deposited 50 dollars by my debit card and it is still not showing up after 2 days though money has left my bank account . It should take up to 2 hours as per website . Also they charged almost 9 dollars for a 50 dollar transaction. I want a refund but they are not doing that either .

I have had a problem and that is that after having so much invested and I reinstall the application without deleting an account when I start I had nothing invested and I think I have lost absolutely everything. And it was started with Google and nothing appears

Their connection to moonpay is a problem

I went to buy bitcoin from them. I didn't realize that the company they choose to deal with is moonpay. For a new person I did not realize how much of a rip off and scam moonpay is. On an order of 10,000 Canadian I received .013 less bitcoin through Moon pay as compared to what I would have received from Coinbase! At the time of my order I overpaid by $1610. Why they have chosen to connect as the preferred partner of Moon pay I have no idea. What a hard lesson this has been!

Scam Scam Scam THIEVES Never trust them

Extremely difficult to use if you try to sell it it will tell you it's unavailable in your region so they make you use MoonPay or some other app and all they offer is chat support but very limited help. I lost a ton of money because these people don't trust them, they should be sued.
