Lost all my money to them.
Went from one iPhone to another and lost all my money. I lost the phrase. There's a 12 word phrase you have to have. I can't wait until this is all regulated. I think I will sue them.

It’s ok just really expensive
The fees are outrageous but so far I've received everything I've purchased and I haven't had any issues send to external wallets like I did in cash app.

There are doubts about this exchange, I came across a forum on a topic in which it was discussed that this exchange is scammers freezes accounts and does not allow verification to be done

This app will reward you in VERSE, but when you recieve it, suddenly the app "doesn't support Verse", and you're left with basically fake funds that you can't swap/sell/ or use. After doing all the daily tasks, this isn't a fair reward if the app doesn't even support itself!! ☆ until this changes. Sending other funds has a significant fee and if you cancel, they don't fully refund.

Don’t use this app. It’s buggy to the point of theft
So when you go to purchase it'll auto populate your Wallet ID in the receiving account section, funny thing is one out of three of my purchase it auto populated a random wallet ID, mind you it's a bunch of random capital and lowercase, numbers, letters, and symbols. Not something you're gonna memorize i promise you. The system auto populated someone else's wallet ID resulting in me sending them bitcoin unknowingly. No idea why you can buy bitcoin and have it go to any other account, when you can transfer from your wallet, it seems like a massive issue that I'm a victim of. I'm not gonna get my money back and I'm never gonna touch this app again.

Not a good option. Difficulty to get your money through. Fees are too high! 250 dollars and your get about 222! Glad it was declined.
