This game is a huge disappointment. The ads are nonstop and ruin the experience, interrupting every action. Almost all the fun features are locked behind a paywall, making it feel more like a money grab than a real game. Even the free gameplay gets boring quickly, with repetitive mechanics and limited options. It's advertised as free-to-play, but you can't enjoy it without paying. Don't waste your time on this. There are much better life simulators out there that respect players.

I have had this game since before add-on were here, just basic jobs, and as they came out, I would get them. Because I was a bitzen and all that stuff so I never had to buy them but when I re-download the game it took all of it away and when I hit "restore punches" it gave me 2 things I instead of evrthing I bought and a bought everything again today or so I thought Because bitzen didn't give you evrthing anymore it so stupid. I want my money back or all the packs back. I had everything.

The ads that control your phone should be illegal. THIS APP functions like Ransomware!!! Beware!!!!

The game keep on freezing indeed,fixed the game.

There's way too many things behind paywalls that used to be free. The ads pop up way too frequently. I only play until the ads annoy me too much.

My original review disappeared so I'll keep this brief: I used to love this game. It was pretty fun and if you paid for Bitizenship you got the full game and all future updates for free+it completely removed all ads. I was excited for all of the new updates when they came out and loved the experience of simply owning an enjoyable mobile game with no constant ads and MTX shoved in your face. And then they went full Sims 4, and it's completely soured the game for me. I won't be playing it again.

I changed phones and now it tells me to buy all the new stuff again. Yea no

Bought God mode when it was 4.99.they took it and changed the price to 7.99 and didn't give me my money back.so now I have no God mode and they took my money.i want a refund.
