PURCHASE PROBLEM

Hello I made the purchase of the new game mode "luxury lifestyle" but I can't play it because clicking on it redirects me to the purchase mode. I find this very unpleasant even though I am a good customer and I have purchased many in-game purchases. I hope you will resolve this problem as soon as possible because I find it unacceptable.
