Freezes constantly, get the non responsive message every minute or so while scrolling through coupons. When left open so bar codes can be scanned while shopping at BJs, it disables the phone so nothing works and the phone has to be hard closed and restarted.

App gets worse and worse with each update. Will log me out and logging in is such a difficult thing to do.

never get back a refund
bjs always charge me more money when i order online and i never get it back, they say they hold it if they need to make changes on my purchases but they never refund me back and for that reason i don't like it

I used to like the scan & go, is a waste of time in the way out the employee scans all your items again, totally useless . Not saving me any time at all What's the purpose of scan and go? from now on , I'll use the self check out and delete the app.

A Pain to use. Very difficult to find or add coupons. Shouldn't have to manually add them anyway. Should automatically be given credit like some other stores do. Aboutcuseless.

Never works in the store, unable to zoom in on coupons now you actually made it worse. Why can't coupons be used on family members cards. The category section used to be okay but now you can only look at 1 category at a time. 1//28/2025 I can't believe you actually made it worse. Hire people that can make a better app.
