The app is generally fine. 1 star rating for having my account blacked out. With the wording: You are using a car that is not intended for joint trips. My cargo-passenger 5-seater Ford transit turned out to be unsuitable for transportation. Be careful, your car may soon become unsuitable for transportation.

BlaBlaCar is not always intuitive to use, especially for drivers. The stages of the journeys are automatically selected in relation to the usual drivers.

It is a very good app but I feel that there is a need to fix in the aspect of messages and interdas to know about the trips. They should also put when it is a combi and a private car

Too cumbersome, it should be possible to communicate a location. or at least the coordinates. The driver could then decide whether he wants to pass there. It was a frustrating experience for me because the driver couldn't speak German properly and I couldn't tell him where to pick me up.
