Prices have become completely absurd, drivers make money on the backs of passengers. This is a far cry from the fair sharing of costs, which was the original objective. The application should limit the cost of a trip. It's completely crazy to see 100€ a Marseille Lyon PER PASSENGER knowing that petrol + toll there is for 70€.

Admins are conches, do not respond to complaints, passengers cheat with trips, 100% are pedo carriers who are fighting for their business ... I don't recommend this app to anyone.

The car model guide is very limited. There is no model of my car, although it is quite common (opel zafira b) and it is also impossible to add it.

They should penalize drivers who cancel for no reason, today they canceled me like this out of nowhere and I had to take another type of transportation at the mere hour and it seems too inconsiderate and informal to me that they do that at the last minute since one has the time and form of the trip and it is easy for them to cancel like that out of nowhere

Some people do not pick up even if they call after booking. There is no facility in the app to report this immediately. Due to this we could not take other people. And there is no option in the app to tell whether the passenger has been picked up or not. A few updates like this would be great
