They do not return money. When canceling trips, the fee for their services, which in fact were not provided, is not returned.

The app should not allow passengers to request a ride without confirming important data (documents, photo, phone number and email), it compromises the safety of the driver and passengers, and it should also be mandatory to evaluate the ride after the first trip, to allow new booking requests, safety has to come first. Another bad thing is that ride-share drivers and passengers cancel whenever they want and at the last minute. Otherwise, the app is great!
