I keep having to login to the app from my android phone. Samsung 23 ultra. it's super annoying. Is it because my wife and I use the same account from two different devices?

It needed a wifi extender 1 camera had to be right next to the hub to connect but worked after for 2 weeks. Battery dead on 2 of them already. Base is hard to connect & sounds like it's breaking. Now for the app Needs a way to turn off each camera individually. I keep them all active at night, but when I'm home, I want the 2 at doors off so they don't pick up the dogs going in and out all the time. Auto subscription to cloud on. I want to see what we're going to get without a subscription.

Very slow and often impossible to connect live, which is especially important for the doorbell. Either shows a constant blue circle or message "system is busy" and by the time it connects the visitor has gone. Difficult to identify devices as IP and MAC addresses are not shown in the app. When using USB to store clips it occasionally tries to show online storage which of course fails until manually selecting USB. It's an ok system for the price especially if bought on an Amazon Prime day.

I got a new cellphone now and can't get my blink cameras on again. I tried to close the account, but I'm still charging me for cameras, not on gee

a lot of times the person responding isn't able to. the cameras stop the voice aspect.

App keeps freezing up and/or says oops something went wrong. I get alerts on my phone about activity either of my cameras but go to the app and it hasn't saved a clip in over a week, both cameras and sync 2 all show operating normal all have good signal and all communicating with each other fine Update: I fixed the issue, don't know what actually fixed it, I unplugged sync2 removed batteries from both cameras, cleared cache from app, restarted router and phone, reconnected everything and is work
