Two stars cuz it used to work okay. Bought a 2 camera system about three years ago and stuck with it after my trial subscription. Was everything and then some that I could expect from a system of this price range. Sadly whomever is doing their software maintenance and upgrades has lost their touch or has taken up day drinking, quality and security of the system is very questionable to me as this system gets worse and worse over time. Time to look elsewhere as my subscription is up in January

the doorbell camera went offline, and now i cannot get it to reconnect. I have tried changing network speeds, checked the batteries, and followed instructions to unplug for ten seconds. nothing worked.
