Help Locating My Prior Review So I Can Re-do
I came to re-write my review of the BMO banking app with a far more positive one, but it isn't posted any longer. Why? Where is my prior review? I am assuming one of the BMO app team members actually removed, my unfavorable review, it soon after I posted it. Is the removal of my review standard operating procedure? IF I have unfairly misjudged the app team members, please let me apologize ahead of time. I do need to locate my prior review and I'll need someone from the app review monitoring team to assist me in locating my prior review. Thank you for your time, attention and assistance.

App doesn't work in the dark. Doesn't do fingerprint login only face recognition.

NO APP PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
It has been MONTHs since I have not been getting any app push notifications. I've uninstalled atleast a dozen times. Edited my notification settings on my phone AND within the app. Still no changes and still have to log into my account just to check for any previous charges. When will this app just get it right???

Bad app or the bank does not let me login just keeps doing it often then I have to gobto atm or call waste of time

I have been with this bank for years and lately it takes a long time to clear the checks and the deposit from account to account of the same bank... sometimes I don't even know what my true balance is because it only appears "pending" and not to mention the Offices are under remodeling and it takes you years to wait to be served... I hope they fix this soon.

can't stand this app. Especially the zelle feature. The display is so big I can't hit the continue bottom so ain't me contacts is impossible. Trying to turn off or on a card screws up everything. Honestly it's a terribly designed app

Cannot see copies of deposited checks. As a Bank of the West customer I could at least see copies of deposit slips. No deposit slips in lobby now. Looking for a bank with Saturday hours.

BMO likes to block you from entering your account online/app all the time. There have been many times I need to transfer money and can't due to this problem.

So far, so good, except..
The usual transfer between accounts, remote deposits, each account's transactions list, are easy enough to maneuver through so far. App is set up fairly clearly and concisely. (initially there were a bunch of ads at the top which hindered a quick-look, but those are gone now. 🙏 thankfully it had changed within days of starting my account. ) Options to control accounts, alerts, restrictions, debit card spending limits, are so accessible and easy!! My two(2) nit-picks are: 1. I'd prefer the banners and each list-item on each of page, especially on the account transactions pages, to be smaller (shorter) in order to see more items at-a-glance. Instead of scrolling up and down to see more than 7 transactions at a time. Taking a screenshot, trying to recall purchases within a certain time frame, or mentally calculate a few specific items is more manageable with the ability to see them all at once - or at least More at once. 2. Login - should enable PIN code or allow phone to remember password to access App instead of typing in password to log in each and every time. Thanks for you time
