When ordering a taxi, the price from 60 to 80 baht is displayed. Upon arrival, the cost of the trip was 150 baht. The price of ×2 increased unreasonably. The route was from Long Beach Hotel to Terminal 21.

Bolt driver duped me in Lagos, Nigeria and bolt refused to act even after acknowledging the fraud. It seems the back-end personnel are in on this fraud. The bolt app is now being manipulated by drivers to increase price by tinkering with gps locations. In addition to the fraud, this is a serious safety issue. I have stopped using bolt due to above reasons
