You can't log in, it gives 20 seconds with confirmation, and you receive an SMS at the last second.

Terrible quality of service, the drive turned off while driving, and the support responds with some copy-paste formula and is cheeky. I don't recommend it, it's been a long time since I had such a bad experience with a service company.

Caught a bug: for a scheduled trip, the app required a payment twice. Now it doesn't let me do anything and constantly asks for feedback regarding the last trip.

I didn't go wrong with Grab all the time before. I wanted to try Bolt today, but the positioning was not accurate, and I failed to use it for the first time, and I was a little disappointed. The driver was also innocent. I don't know how to deal with the fee, and I haven't seen the follow-up information.
