it is next to impossible to checkout ,money goes from account but no confirmation of payment ,next day money is refunded .This has happened 3 times ,this was my last try but it worked .

Barely functional app
Can't redeem valid gift card, basket that I spent ages shopping for deleted randomly, was wanting to spend nearly £150 on clothes but didn't bother due to dire website.

I placed an order since November 29 we are on December 14 and it still does not arrive, the delivery days increased and also the most unsatisfied price I cannot be, I am a regular customer of this app and not even like that. I think I never buy from it again when I get the items.

No number to call can only chat with an AI on facebook messenger or text message and can't get through to a real agent

The order has been going on for more than a month. Most likely, these are shuttle traders. They order from China, then sell at a higher price. This is their business, I understand everything. BUT! It is almost impossible to contact them, all their sites just tie all questions to bots. I hope that this is not a clean trick at all. Really, very dissatisfied and this is not a business.
