I had a terrible experience with Bohuman. I placed an order, but they delivered it to the wrong address. When I tried to contact them, I realized there was no proper customer support—no email, no contact options. Even the email I received for order confirmation was useless, as my messages bounced back. It's extremely frustrating that a company takes payment but doesn't provide any way to resolve issues. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them, as there is no guarantee you'll receive your package or get any help if something goes wrong.

No prompt custmore service response, no chat, no direct email, no response on Twitter..... Nothing!! My refund began processing in the ice age and till date it's still not here. You can do better I think.... And by the way, cheaper to free delivery fees is always better even if it takes longer
