Remote control on Megabooms still cannot be deactivated, which drains the batteries within 2 weeks. This option was once available, but has been removed from the app. Customer service holds you up and communicates that it is possible, which is not true and that it is then admitted after back and forth. I've been waiting for the promised update for two years now. JBL is the more sensible alternative, at least the customers are listened to. UE continues to deliberately drive its customers to JBL. What a pity! Update after UE response: There is no setting option for Megaboom 3, so UE's answer to this review is not correct.

The on/off button in the app is also of no use. Should the batteries break?

I can't connect my megaboom??? To the App!!!

Not very functional application, bad pairing, only syncs with spotify and amazon music, practical when you have Deezer. To be reviewed

This application is honestly poorly developed, the bluetooth does not work properly knowing that the speakers are new and recent you can largely do a software update so that everything is compatible and no latency we are in 2025 we find ourselves with an application that has not evolved at all since 2017 easy and it's a real shame, I like Ultimate Ears the speaker has a very good sound as an audiophile and artist I can only say good things but improving the application (Equalizer, Party Mode, Bluetooth Latency) would be a great service to music lovers like me in this case who has an application that does not correspond at all to the expectations of someone who loves music, I unfortunately hesitate to sell them except if an update occurs in a few weeks but frankly it's a shame very good products but unfortunately very bad app.

I'm unable to connect my UEBoom to my iPhone they keep upgrading and it says unavailable not sure why as you can still download the app etc I'm over Apple and I'm switching to Samsung in a month

The app is awful. From another age. NEVER gets better year after year. Making such good speakers but such a rotten app is a shame... the addition of YouTube music would be a plus for the magic button. Update: I'm using a Boom 3 speaker, stop harassing me so that I remove my comment which is authentic. Instead, use your time to improve the app, 5 years since it has evolved!

The app is fine except i can't set up one touch playlist because they haven't added Spotify yet, only apple & amazon?? So many people use spotify it needs to be added!!!
