Genuinely the most frustrating app I have used. I have points I want to spend but it will not let me use them! I cannot have a delivery, either. I don't understand what the issue is and it's been like this for ages. Complained to customer services and nothing has been done about it. No point collecting points or sending me offers that I cannot use!
