Easy to use just needs some improvements: 1) The app is extremely slow compared to others (ie. Cult Beauty) 2) would be good if could apply points to purchase to cover partial payment like you can in store. 3) would be good if more intuitive with deals upon check out (ie. "Spend £5 more to get double points") i don't know, the deals and offers are hard to navigate.

Very Bad App, glitches EVERYWHERE. Errors EVERYWHERE. Makes it almost unusable!! You'd expect more from a big brand. Constantly tells me, I'm not logged in when I am. Doesn't let me add things to trolley, but they suddenly I have 10 of the same item in there! Awful app.

The app is quite slow in loading offers (on WiFi and mobile). Therefore I only use it to get my Advantage Card

Terrible! Every time I use the app something goes wrong. Today I had 6 items in basket, went on the checkout and money has been taken without order confirmation. My basket is full of items but unavailable and I have to wait for refund. That second time happened to me. "Fabulous" experience!
