Out of nowhere my digital card is invalid and i dont have a physical card. Ive got €25 in points, if i validate a new physical card and lynk to app i will lose them 2500 points i honestly earned. Not happy at all.

Very poor user experience. Always crashing, often doesn't register my points. Boots customer service for the app is also poor

The app tells me to update to the latest version, despite just updating the app. The pop-up won't go away, which renders the app totally unusable. Very frustrating.
