They stole my money!
This is a horrible company that stole my money! I placed the order and then processed the return. I took the stuff to the parcel machine and closed the door. But the delivery person made a mistake and the parcel is not registered. The BOOZT company just doesn't care about what happened. They demand a check from the shipping company, which I did not receive, or forget about my order and money. The worst part is that the shipping company is willing to deal with and reimburse, but they need a claim from BOOZT, and BOOZT just refuses to do it because "I have no proof that I returned the clothes". I went back to the place and found that there were cameras there. They could look at them and just know that I returned the order and also see who picked up the package. What proof could I possibly have? All I did was scan the return label, put the package in the box and closed the door. How do I have proof? And why does the customer have to prove they are not a thief? This is horrible, I have never encountered such abuse and theft from big online stores. Be careful! The company may steal your money!

Works brilliantly when it works... The app "hangs" after the latest updates on the Android version, where you can't scroll down and press "add to cart" when you enter an item.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered
I seem to be communicating with bots all the time. No one has answered my request for more than a week! I have written serveral times to customer service but always get the same prewritten response! It's jus appalling. All our orders get cancelled all the time even though we never had an issue anywhere else. It's just ridiculous

Not enough
I'm getting so tired of substandard apps... If you check the invoice, there is nothing to see regardless of whether it is handled or not... Should I have to call customer service and sit in a phone queue and then identify myself to still not be able to see my invoices...?

Fix your app!! I have entered my name and address twice even though I am logged in, after completing the payment I am first told that it has been cancelled and just as I am about to repeat the payment it then changes the status to that it has gone through. Then you ask for feedback and when I want to send it I get another error - it's almost funny if it wasn't so frivolous!
