Unfortunately, there are no ZERO STARS. Since the update, nothing works anymore. Except for 3 sentences with the info about everything I "can" do from now on, nothing is available. From the first picture, nothing goes any further. Even a new installation does NOT change this, although my mobile phone has the system requirements. In fact, I can't use the earbuds since the update. Is this supposed to be blackmail to buy a new product??? I'm at Bose!!!!!

People can hardly hear me when I talk on the phone in my brand new Bose hear phones, it's a bit annoying. Nice sound

Summary: The app loses the connection to the headphones. Sometimes only with a pair of headphones. The latest feature: Left and right different volumes. The product is not usable... QC Earbuds Ultra

Very slow and inefficient configuration, you can't go to the mode at once, and once the mode is entered, it only goes around infinitely and cannot be easily deleted.

I am quite familiar with electrical appliances and apps, but I have not been able to connect to the app and to my Bose QuietComfort 35. In addition, a second Bose app is needed, which offers some functions, but does not allow customization of the sound profiles. However, this would be urgently necessary, as the headphones seem rather flat in terms of sound and thus do not provide any real added value.
