Fraud with the bose quietcomfort earbuds 2 Left earbud sounds static crackling. I've been fighting for 16 weeks to have them changed. They don't respond to emails or support in Mexico. I have complained on Bose from various parts of the world. Bose apart from being a fraud and with expensive and poor quality items. Bose does racism. They treated me badly in Latin America. They told me that they were going to make the change and it has been a long time. Bose quietcomfort earbuds 2 are a fraud.

Experience bridled. It's a shame! You can't listen to a web radio with its URL. You absolutely have to go through TuneIn which limits the stations enormously. None of Radio France for example. The Bose Soundlink 500 is no longer of much interest. Also, the version of Deezer paired with the application is old and limited. The user experience is therefore overall mediocre. As a fan of Bose products, I am very disappointed.

I have several Bose devices that connect with no problem but my Bose 500 occasionally loses connection. Resetting it usually fixes the problem.

Pretty mediocre app. Can't find the device and the only troubleshooting options it has is to tell you how to connect to it on Bluetooth to begin with. I've had the speaker for over a year but never connected it to the app, but all the sudden the app thinks my speaker doesn't even exist. Troubleshooting website and support don't help either, because answer only shows how to connect to Bluetooth in general. That's not the issue, the app doesnt acknowledge that it already is connected to Bluetooth.

According to the website, there is supposed to be an update for the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. Unfortunately, the app doesn't find it.

This application causes my quiet comfort ultra earbuds to periodically disconnect. I see other users are having similar problems with the current version with both Android and iOS. I was able to correct the problem by not allowing the app to access Bluetooth once I had my headphones connected and equalized the way I wanted. It renders the app useless, but at least the earbuds work Great earbuds, but a really poor showing from Bose not to better support a $300 product.

The earphones keep disconnecting. The loading is also extremely slow. It's not worth giving even one star. I don't even look at the earphones I use when they break.
