Useless, completely useless, it's the worst application of its kind that I have ever seen, nothing intuitive, no possibility of launching music other than with the defined and affiliated applications, a speaker that can only read what you download to your account (you need a computer) and which also does not work without a "premium account" I am disappointed with the brand, fortunately you have switched to Bluetooth

Sometimes it fails with Spotify

Sometimes when working with Spotify from the application an error appears and you cannot listen. You have to connect the device directly to the Spotify application via Bluetooth to listen.

Planned obsolescence

The app has stopped being updated so my two SoundTouch 10 speakers are now bricks, despite the device having been sold by Bose as recently as 2023.

Rearrange speakers

Overall very happy with the app! However, I would like to be able to reorder the speakers if you have more than one. I can't find any logic in where in the order they are.

The app is far from being up to the quality of the speaker! It is neither intuitive nor ergonomic. Too many bugs persist after updates and many unexpected cuts occur. Impossible to find the favorites and downloads of the Deezer app ... For years that I have been using the speaker and the app, I have not seen any improvement. And unfortunately, the quality is reduced when you switch to Bluetooth. What a disappointment !!!
