The sound is great. The rest is just a disaster, annoying, time-consuming, extremely cumbersome and then not working smoothly.... And for all that money, you don't even get a clock that sets automatically. But that's the least of the evils. The fact that you are now simply deprived of your free choice by means of tunnels is the negative crowning glory of the whole thing - an impudence that I am helpless to face. It's a pity that you only come across it after the purchase...

No longer works
Following a change of wifi box, it was necessary to reconfigure the speaker. Speaker found on the network but cannot complete the configuration. Before, it worked.

Keeps disconnting frequently with my SoundTouch 30. Interface is too boring. Dependance on Bose tie up with streaming services. Limited number of them available in India. Limited access to Spotify. Cannot access personal Spotify library / entire Spotify content. Inability to Shuffle songs across any album/radio/Playlist. All above issues & only 6 presets or favorites is nothing but joke and Bose is leeching of customer's money who doesn't know this when buying a premium Bose machine.

Great
The bluetooth function is the only problem, with it being unable to connect to my brand-new phone,but otherwise it is very efficient. I like how you can control the speaker directly from the app and also set presets too.

The app is old and doesn't have the functionality of the newer app which I use with my Bose Flex.

Soundtouch is not found
The ST10 runs and has internet. Every few months you start all over again. lost. Unable to install updates - which resets everything. Somehow always time-consuming. And why I need the exact location and set up a device in front of me is a mystery anyway.
