Not responding

The customer care is not responding for my complain they are hanging up the call. I recently recharged with 99 cents pack and they charged men 99 cents plus 5 dollars extra. So i called customer service they are not even responding . It is so rediculus

These guys are thieves. They have been taking my money without my authorization in the name of Unlimited purchase, which I never signed up for. I called my multiple times for that to be removed from my account, to which the agent told me that there was no automatic recharge set up on my account. I keep getting notifications every weekend saying that my account has been recharged automatically. They one that pissed me off more is that I called their customer service this morning and she hung up.
