I used this card and then the app for a few years with great success, this past 2024/2025 unfortunately the service took a nosedive: my counterpart in Italy experienced calls without hearing my voice, the number needed to be re-dialed multiple times before connection was actually made. Too frustrating for all involved, so I quit.

Scam

Now they start to consume the money that add even though I couldn't reach the number that I am calling they transferred me to a UK number that i don't even call ever trash app

Why I can’t have the option to dial directly on the app?

It's crazy that I can't dial a number from the app i have to store the number first to access it through contact. So if I need just to make a one time call I have to save the number first this is really crazy.

Cost

The App is excellent but getting relatively expensive

Calling rate

The price is relatively high, though the service is good. However, compared to other communication methods, the calling rate for Ethiopia remains significantly higher. It would be more beneficial for the company to lower rates, allowing more people to use the service and ultimately increasing overall revenue.

Worst app ever . Please don’t support this greedy individuals

They upgraded their features to limiting subscription so you areforced to recharge. Auto renew itself. Bad customer service service. Don't try to respon here i have deleted this app. Greedy pig death is coming allthe millions in the world will never be enogh . Bad bad company

Not worth it

The calls work about 40% of the time. I have to try dialing the number that I am dialing about 3-4 times before it connects. Even using wi-fi the system appears to have issues making calls. Look for another alternative. I have switched to Yolla.
