Stay away from this app

Horrible and impossible for money transfers. They take your money, lock your account and force you to find a retail store, under the idea that somehow they can't verify you over the phone. They refuse to remove your Debit card information from their database so someday when they're hacked, dark web will have that too. Save your time and account security and use a more reputable business like western union.

I give one star because it doesn't give zero, it doesn't work, it doesn't connect to all international numbers, it says that I have to invite those contacts, I'm supposed to pay to communicate with my relatives and why would they have to install the application? They shouldn't and it's to communicate, I don't understand why they don't link to all international numbers, this app is garbage.

Bad service, it's been 2 days since I made a transaction and it was not completed, they tell me that it was cancelled and they deducted the money and it did not reach the recipient, apart from that I have been trying to solve this for days and they do not give me attention, they do not give me any kind of response, I call attention to send money and they never attend to me, it is always said that they are in maintenance or that I wait and they never attend to me, really bad, I even sent an email and they do not even answer me, I want a solution and my money and they do not respond.............. The truth is that it is bad

Good features and stability, but UI needs work

The app UI is too complicated to easily navigate. It's not very intuitive or easy to get things done quickly. Too many buttons and wierd choice of background pictures user journey flows that get in the way of actually accomplishing tasks. Please simplify your UI flow/design. e.g Sendwave app's UI is very simple and quick to intuitively use. The app has a lot of features and most of the time is very stable and does not crash or freeze.

I wish it were cheaper to call Mauritania. It works well when I do use it, but if it was cheaper, then I would use it more often.
