Calls only go using real phone number??

Bought monthly plan, and then found out calls do not go through internet but are done by calling a real UK number! But my phone plan is pay as you go, so if I call to any UK number (even using Wi-Fi callings, I have to pay per minute to my own Mobile phone plan!!! I want my money back!

I had $22 US dollars to call Trinidad and Tobago for Christmas this morning it disappear and I can't find a contact number online for Boss.

Their Money transfer is disappointing. Be ware of SCAM activity

If you are sending money to Ethiopia Try using other form of transfer because boss revolution has terrible service. I sent some money for my family's medical expenses for urgent matters and they scam me in day light. BOSs Revolution says they have sent the money but Telle Birr on the other hand kept the money to themselves and said it has been delivered. It's a lie the recipient never got the money and it's been 3 weeks back and forth with them. I even submitted the bank statement of my recipient to show that the money hasn't been deposited yet. Their response is just we are doing investigation, in the meantime my family is in need of the money for their medical bills. I suggest don't waste your time sending money to Ethiopia with this system, IT IS A PAIN!!!

Very bad

I just sing up with this app and couldn't not send phone reloads or send money, i call them and they told me im not eligible to use the app for no reason, if this is how it goes for new costumers i dont think they will last long, before they go bankrupt

Becoming worse calling app.

I been using boss way before it became boss revolution. It used to be calling cards back in the day and now it's just a big headache. Spend hours trying to get in touch with a rep and they take money without your consent. I been charged twice many times and for no reason. I don't want to use auto charged system. Bring the old ways back or I am not using your service no more. Boss revolution has become worse then banks when they take your money for no reason. As I wrote this review I am still trying to get hold of an agent.

Mobile top up issues

Issues with topping up recharge to make calls. Constantly saying that I have exceeded top up for the day. Although the last time I topped up was 3 days ago🙁
