Title: Increasing Fees Are Unfair I've been using this app for over a year and always found it useful. However, I'm disappointed with the increasing fees. Initially, I was charged $0.25, then $0.50, and last weekend it went up to $1. Today (3/26/25), I was charged $1.50! This rapid price increase feels unfair and unreasonable. I hope the developers reconsider these changes, or I may have to stop using the app.

Poor service and no solutions
I used this application very little, the service was soon, they withheld my money for many days and they never solved anything, forcing me to cancel the transactions. Terrible customer service from untrained staff.

verification process is sketchy the calls come through as "Spam" they will call your bank on their behalf and your "bank agent" will ask for your SSN or full Bank acc to share it with BOSS with this they will have your full name, address, phone and bank acc or SSN to impersonate or who knows what. This is the only money transfer service that has ever requested me to share my bank info when paying with a debit card.
