No explanation whatsoever
I wanted to send money to Nigeria and got told that it was cancelled, I waited to see if anytime would change then called back and customer service tells me that I am ineligible to use the app again without any reason. I'm still so confused. why??? What is going on??

I do not recommend it
I do not recommend this application because at first everything is fine but then they come and start asking you for your personal information such as your license, your social, bank statements, proof of address, information with the company you work for, proof of how much money you earn, etc... the truth is that these are strange things and information that is too personal to give to an application.

Trust broken
Sent money to Nigeria since Saturday 25th of Jan 2025 and up until this moment the money hasn't been received and no message whatsoever from this people. It's a shame that after 8 years, my trust was broken in such a way. Will be deleting this app. But I will be reporting the fraud to my bank . I want my money back
