From this update, the download speed of files uploaded to Box has become very slow. It doesn't work...

It is not user friendly. You can't not even upload a photo into the note using your phone.

I downloaded this app years ago keeping all my souvenir photos and videos. For a few months the app has been crashing and I can't view the files correctly and in the right sequence. If I browse the photos it goes randomly.

Not syncing !
I almost lost my years videos because application is not syncing! It just give errors for offline videos It seems like no one is fixing the issue

Update. Broken since last update
After my previous review a couple of year's ago the app did improve and became more reliable. However, recent changes have broken it for me. I use Box mainly as a picture and gif viewer. I used to be able to swipe through these and it would display photos and play gifs as they appeared. I could even play the occasional movie that I have. I can't do this anymore. I have to open gifs individually and can't swipe through. If a gif appears whilst swiping through photos then it won't play. It seems that either every step forward Box makes it also takes three steps backwards. Box is now broken and I am looking to replace it. Screens take far too long to refresh, files won't open or I cannot swipe from file to file. These files are all on my phone, as I have local copies of everything, yet they take an age to show. It wasn't great before, but is now broken and is unusable.

Can no longer swipe left/right on gif images in folders
Can no longer swipe left/right on gif images in folders and have them auto play. Looks like an update removed this feature. Can only view the animated gif, then have to back out if the image, then select next one. The new image carousel at the bottom of the screen allows swiping left and right, but the gifs do not play. How do I downgrade?
