Rarely opens without freezing. Crashes often.

Won't let me favourite or save an external folder to the app - have to use a web link shortcut and then that opens the app. Audio player poorly integrated into Android - does not respond to Bluetooth pause/play/skip commands and does no caching at all so if you have bad internet and go to earlier in the audio it may not load, despite just being played

Cannot login using Google Account
Haven't really used the app since I cannot login using my google account using the App. Is there any way to fix this?

Should we change cloud provider?
Does not fully support Apple users. If you try to save from your gallery to Box drive, Box drive will save everything as HEIC and there messing up begins. *Problem 1.* Saving HEIC means that you can't read videos and photos from PC *Problem 2.* You can't save to Box Cloud more than 5-10 photos at a time. *Problem 3.* To save as Jpeg I need first to send the photos to “Viber” then download them and after save them to Box cloud. Dropbox cloud is better. It gives the option in the settings menu on how we want to save from gallery to cloud.. What a mess

My phone broke and I took my old zf5. Since Android 8.0 is not supported, I used it for several years before. The crappy app uploads files very slowly. The recent update cannot upload in the background. Turning off the screen or switching to other apps will interrupt the upload. .... I will give it 5 stars if there is any improvement... After updating box note, the system is unstable and crashes frequently, especially when adding new files. Other apps can set multiple numbers and perform 2-stage mobile phone number authentication. It is very troublesome to change the number. Please improve it.

When viewing on a PC, you should be able to see it without left and right margins like on a phone (because you can zoom in more and it's easier on your eyes), but because that's not the case, it's uncomfortable to view. In my case, I divide the screen into left and right to work, and I open a PDF file on the left screen and do the rest of the work on the right screen. When I open the PDF file on the left screen, there are too many margins, making it uncomfortable to read the text. General PDF viewers have an option to display it by filling the left and right, but Box doesn't have this when viewing on a PC.

Currently, even uploading in a 5G home router environment is too slow to be worth talking about. Also, if communication is interrupted during transmission, there is no function to continue uploading from where it was interrupted last time, so you have to start all over again from the beginning, which makes the in-app cache pointless. I had no choice but to select a folder in the SD card and start uploading, and it restarted after the message "Please wait..." indicating that it was preparing for transfer. If you return to the top page in that state and open "My Tasks" in the inbox from the Taskbar, it is incorrectly displayed as "There are no unprocessed tasks," and even if you open "Sent Tasks," it is "There are no assigned tasks." However, if you open the "Transfer" station, the busy cursor continues to spin... In addition, if there is a conflicting file name when uploading a file, three options are displayed in a pop-up: ① "Upload a new version," ② "Save as new," and ③ "Skip." However, regardless of whether you select ① or ②, a "new folder" will be created and the file will be automatically uploaded there, so there is no point in having the user choose between ① and ② above.

Still can’t customize offline playlists
A generally great storage app that I've been using for many years. But I don't understand why at least files moved to offline storage still can't be re-ordered at will by applying constant finger pressure on individual files to then re-sort them for custom playback, regardless of date or alphanumeric order. That option would turn a great storage app into an even greater playback app. Hoping I'll see it happen in the next version upgrade, please!

Viewing portrait-oriented pictures while in landscape automatically zooms the picture to fill the screen forcing you to rotate your phone back to portrait orientation to view the whole picture. Additionally, I have no way to dissociate the app from my company's Microsoft Intune app even though I'm signed in only with my personal email and do not use the app for work. This means I'm unable to enable a pin code or biometrics. Ridiculous experience, Box. Total garbage.
