There is no Linux client available. This service is useless if it can't be used on all of my devices.

Really really rude customer service . I just wanted to change my emails but . No way to change my email address. I send emails but never reply back to me. I felt really really rude.

I've used this service since it published to the Play Store. Since then my upload/download usage remained unchanged. Then this year, Box arbitrarily interpreted thier vague API rate cap rules in order to justify throttling my account. I can't even download files from Box to my mobile device. Box epitomizes terrible customer service. They avoid humanizing thier clients. Even rare responses entail pasted links from thier FAQ. Stay clear of this "cloud provider".

Freezes, useless. This app opened once, I was able to log in, opened once thing and then it's crashed ever since. Useless app.

Good cloud storage, even the free account
I've been using Box for a couple of years and have only encountered an occasional problem and these were fixed very easily and quickly. My only gripe is with the iOS app that it doesn't recognise the email field and prompt the password manager to enter the email address that's used for the account. Once you get to the next screen and you're asked for your password, of course the app will automatically invoke the password manager. But if you're looking to try and protect yourself against keystroke logging, then automatic filling in the email address would be a better way of doing things. Editing my review: The same problem (as I see it) still exists. I don't know how long ago I wrote my initial review. But I have encountered a couple of new problems recently. I'm using the same phone as for the last 6 months and all of a sudden, Box decides that I'm using a new device and it wants to authenticate me. In a way, that's better than having security that doesn't care about me using whatever device I choose to use at any given time. But when the 2FA code doesn't arrive by SMS, it makes it impossible to log into my cloud storage. I've had the account for a few years, so maybe they offer new options for 2FA. I'll have to see what's available and best for me now.

Need fix
After update version 5.34.0, The in-app capture media is changed. Quality of images is poor.

About Capturing Media
It seems to have improved with this update, but even when the shutter button is held horizontally, it is difficult to press because it is in the middle, and even with slide over on the iPad, you can not shoot, which is only a modification.
