App won't register my phone and the app keeps crashing as everyone else has said.

Hasn't worked properly for me for some time now. The app has always been slow, actually paying for fuel beforehand was often quite tedious and normally took several attempts. It is often quicker to just pump fuel, go in and pay and scan your BP card to collect points that way defeating the object. Now the app almost never works at my local garage, either can't figure out where I am, fails to authorise the pump or there is an issue with paying to begin with.

Lost all my points useless
Couldn't log into my app, kept telling me to register which I already am. No where to input password as it kept taking me to registration screen. Deleted app and reinstalled then it asked me to scan bar code on my card which I did. Now I've lost all my points which were worth almost £9.00 - now I'm back to £2.50 absolute swindle.

Eh!!
Where's my card? I'm new to this and only signed up today. I cant see anywhere on this App where i can show my card on my phone for scanning in store. I found reference to storing it in Google but I don't use Google. I want to hold my card in Apple wallet but doesn't seem to be an option. I have already input my card number to my account but still no card on App. I can't believe App is so poorly designed so that I will have to scan the plastic card when buying fuel??

Too awkward to login
Always logs me out, wants to send a code to email, too awkward to login when at the pump ready to use.

Tried again
…to use this app to buy fuel but once again thwarted by its awful verification process. I tried to sign in and it wanted, yet again, to verify me. I filled in my email address and waited for the email to arrive which it eventually did. I copied the pass code and went to the app which decided to restart and then there was nowhere to enter the code. So, did it all again and the same thing happened. How on earth are we supposed to use this and perform all this at a fuel filling station. I appreciate that it could be used to buy loads of fuel if our phone is stolen and we have saved a card in the system but this is madness. I would add that I use a lot of apps and this is one of the worst in terms of its verification process glitches.
