Constantly logs you out, impossible to log back in
App keeps logging me out, if you have created an account using Apple ID, every time you click that to log back in the only option it gives is to create a new account. I changed to use a new email address login, it doesn't remember that either. Beyond annoying, I go to shell instead now as it's easier

Stop trying to register me !!!
Trying to log in keeps making me try to register when I do this keeps saying email already in use. I know this !!! That's why I'm trying to log in. You would think a company like BP that make millions they do would invest in app that actually works !!!! Off to shell it is ....

What rewards?
Had all the logging on others mention. Finally got logged on. Just tried to exchange £20 worth of points for an Amazon voucher. Nothing. Tried emailing their support. Still nothing. Have now stopped buying BP. What's the point of a rewards system if you never get the reward? Points have gone from my account though, just no Amazon voucher!

Issues with login
Was useful, but latest release has logged me out. When I try to log back in it asks for my mobile, but tells me the phone number is in use so now impossible to log back in as I can't move past that screen.

Can’t log in after update!!!
Like many others I've tried to log in to be told my details already exist and won't let me log in. Would be nice if bp could send an email or a tweet to acknowledge there is a problem after the update.

Frustratingly unreliable
I have personal reasons for using BP to fuel my car and the app makes life a lot easier…WHEN IT'S WORKING!! It is certainly the least reliable app I have. Some issues are, I suspect, with the petrol stations where their link with the app process is poor/non existent and the pump is not unlocked - still a failure in the app process from a user point of view. Other times, it just fails to complete the process or decides not to recognise my payment method (never changes and is always valid) But, the most irritating thing to occur (far too often) is the app logging me out. I'm unsure if it's random or doing so after updates but is really frustrating that, just when you want to use it, you have to go through the 2 factor authentication process while blocking a pump for other users. This is really poor, happens far too often and usually results in me just driving away without fuelling up there. I don't think I have another app that does this. It needs sorting

New update made it worse
Looks prettier but became much more annoying to use. I ride a motorbike, I don't want to be asked to enter my phone pin several times and I can't use FaceID! Why do I have to enter my reg every time also, and scrolling horizontally to pick a pump number is awful. The whole experience of fast payments just made so awkward compared to previous version. Not to mention it logs you out constantly, though I like the easy phone log in.

Can no longer log in
Since update 6.2.0 (using an iPhone 13 mini, iOS 18.1) I can't log in. It's absolutely ridiculous. I put in my email address and it sent a code to my email. I entered the code and it asked me to put in my mobile number, so I did this but it said “this number is already in use - please put in another number or log into your existing account“. WHAT?? Logging into my existing account is what I'm trying to do. I've already had a code sent to my email. UPDATE 17/11/24 - thank you for your response, but I'm not going to email you my account details or phone you. Clearly this is a problem at your end, as can be seen by all the recent similar reviews. I won't be using BP until you sort this out. I will go over to Shell instead. Might I suggest this is very bad for your brand.
