The game is getting worse and worse and I'm getting more and more bored. The boxes are back but the system is rubbish. Firstly, it's not worth it because you only get rubbish and secondly, it's as good as impossible and the brawlers are getting worse and worse. The events have become more exciting but I think teaming should be abolished. I think if you want to play with a team of colleagues then I play Duo Showdown and I expect all against all in solo showdown, not all against 1.

It's my 4th year in Brawl. I play in a random queue, and my team has a low queue, but my opponent's queue is too high. And it's too much to warn me that I got kicked because of the wifi in a competitive game. The inducement of real money has gotten much worse than before. In event hockey, you don't have to be skilled to win, and the brawlers should be balanced, but the balance is completely off, and there are too many trolls on the team, so it would be good to make reporting stricter. There are no rare or super rare grades, only heroes, myths, and legendaries, so it seems difficult for non-paying players to get them. The bugs are too bad, and it seems like there are too many brawlers. New abilities keep coming out, and I'm brain dead. I don't have enough coins. The fundamental system is disappearing, and it's very stressful. Brawl is a bit disappointing now, so I'll give it a 1.

My child is playing Brawl Stars. He's leveled up and spent money on his character. Then he said he's a legal representative, and his account email was his mother's, but it kept telling him to change it to his parent's. So I thought he was telling me to change it to something else, so I changed it, but the verification number. It came and went, and it wouldn't change. It didn't work. Then I went to consult, but there's no phone customer service center, so I had to text. Consulting isn't real. The conclusion is that I lost my ID that I've been using for so long. I told them not to swear at the customer service center, but they want to be protected, and they keep saying that the ID I've worked so hard on can't be verified, and the conversation just keeps expiring. I'm the only one who said that if there's no phone customer service center, they should verify my identity again to revive my account, or change my account email first, but it won't change. As far as I know, I've searched the internet and I know that accounts like mine have problems. Please reply.
