These apps are such BS!! especially when you need a payday loan and it says no credit check. guaranteed approval then guess what? denied, denied, denied it seems like all these apps are like this, which means bad false advertisement.

Poor customer service.
Bought a two-month study plan. However, due to a bug in the program or something, the message that the trial period has expired continues to pop up. Send a customer service letter, There was no response for two weeks. I'm so angry that I can complain to your customer service in English, is it also part of your study plan? 😩

Subscription
I was promised a free week-long trial, but the subscription started immediately upon signing up. After trying it, I was not satisfied with the app. I now have a yearly subscription that I will not be using. The listening parts are choppy and difficult to understand at first. The app is slow and buggy. Look into this for me. The app is satisfactory, and I am sure that it will meet the needs of most users. However, it does not fully align with my preferences, and there is a possibility that it is not optimally compatible with my device.

Terrible customer service. They have you waiting for a response from them and then continuously ask for your personal information repeatedly... I won't be using this company again. consider my 39 dollars for subscription a gift. I'm deleting this app.

Nice application, but I have criticism and suggestions; -The in-sentence usage screen, which works integrated with artificial intelligence, is very slow. Sometimes I even wait for minutes and it doesn't turn on. When I make a wrong sentence sequence, the explanation given by the AI is inadequate or makes no sense at all. -My suggestion is to make a section and in that section, we can write the words we want to learn and add them to the program. It would be great if the program practiced these words as well.
