Hidden horrors
This place is a scam honestly, setting up an account through the app you have options to choose a membership OR skip the step. I choose to skip a step, and was charged $97 for the membership anyway. Was able to speak with someone regarding refunds and two days later this company charged me a $34 overdraft fee…. Not even my bank charged me an overdraft fee yet. It's ridiculous, I go to ask for a refund for that, and they update me that my $97 is still waiting to be received to them first THEN it will take 3-5business days to post to my account (NEVER heard of this). As for the overdraft fee THEY charged ME, I needed to send a screen shot to their customer service and wait on an email…. So beware for the hidden horros.
