Hopeless
Impossible to navigate, requires multiple attempts to check in online. Would give 0 stars if I could

Never works
Never works as expected: most of the time checkin does not work, won't show any bookings or upcoming flights. Requires internet all the time, and basically opens website to buy tickets. Useless.

App works fine work until it does not
As long as it works it's perfect. But then when it does not I can't see any of my bookings! Whatever you do it says problem finding bookings. If you have emergency or you want to quick look at your bookings then good luck! I don't understand why BA does not fix this issue. It's been there for ages and I'm sure it's easy fix

Awful…truly useless
IF, and it's a big if, you can get logged in. Viewing bookings is completely hit and miss (usually miss though). A real embarrassment to BA

An Awful App
I am a longtime BA customer, this App has always been problematic, problems logging in, information not updated, bookings not showing, crashes when trying to book flights, come on British Airways this is just not good enough.

Hardly ever seems to work
I fly BA frequently. As many times as I fly, the app seems to work after installation then says information not available 24hrs later. So I have to reinstall. Getting really fed up of not being able to see my bookings etc. reluctant to use printed tickets but this is what I have to resort to as the app is so unreliable.
