Since it's updated, this app has been a pain to use. Not only do I have to launch a browser outside of the app to login but the find a provider feature now requires a separate login for something I don't have an account for. Why "fix" something that isn't broken.

Awful app
This is absolutely the worst health insurance app. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I haven't been able to get log in for a long time. I've called the representative was very nice. I would love to change insurance, but unfortunately I can't because of where I work. Hopefully my company will change insurance company.

It's frustrating because I like the older version. Because I honestly can't review my statements online pending or not. Just wish add more access to look at all statements and claims.

App not working for months
Why did this App stop working? For several months now I have not been able to retrieve any information. The App says it's unable to pull up my information but the actual website is working fine.

I guess I'll hop on the “This app is useless” train. I'm just deleting it all together because it's only serving as a memory space taker. I can't log in and haven't for months. Why bother have it on my phone if I can't use it?

Provider Finder Slow/Unusable
The provider finder feature is practically unusable it's so slow compared to the rest of the app. This is not a matter of hardware or internet speeds because I got this opinion with the latest iPhone and 1G WiFi speeds. Fix this trash.
