Budbee makes sure your parcels are delivered to your doorstep in the greenest possible way. Your packages will be delivered during the afternoon/evening since that's when most people are home. 

BUDBEE BOX
Budbee Box is a green and smart delivery service where your parcels will be delivered to a Box of your choice. You will receive the pin code from us that you will use to open the locker, so you can pick up the parcels whenever it suits you!

NEVER MISS A THING 
This is an all-in-one app for your deliveries via Budbee. It allows you to keep track of ongoing orders and gives you an overview of your complete order history, so you never miss a thing! Pretty neat, right? 

WE'RE FLEXIBLE
With Budbee Home, you can choose whether you want the courier to knock on your door, ring the doorbell or leave the package on your doorstep. It is totally up to you! You can also choose the date and time of your delivery in the app and switch your delivery to Budbee Box. 

When ordering with Budbee Box, you choose whatever Box you prefer, and you can, of course, change the Box location should you find that another location suits you better. Did a Box delivery not quite fit your schedule this week? No problem! You can easily change to a Home delivery in the app.

Whether you ordered with Budbee Home or Budbee Box, we will always keep you up to date with the latest information about your delivery. So you never have to wonder where your parcel is. 

ON-THE-MINUTE ESTIMATES
When choosing Budbee Home, you will receive a 1-hour time slot for the delivery day, so you can go about your evening as planned. With Budbee Box, you will receive an estimated arrival time as soon as your order is on the move. 

EASY RETURNS
Budbee goes both ways! We don't only make sure you get your parcels; we make sure you can return them too!

Want it collected at your doorstep? Use the app to book a pick-up, pack the items in similar packaging as the one you received the goods in, make sure it's sealed, and we will take care of the rest; no need to print any labels! Then it's up to you if you want to hand over the parcel to the driver or if you want to leave it outside your door and let the driver collect it without disturbing you. Simple as that!
 
Want to return it in a Box? Book a return via the app and choose which Box you want to leave the parcel. After confirmation, you have two hours to go to the Box, type in the pin, and leave the package inside the locker. Did you not make it in time? No worries, you can book a new return in the app.
