I love this wings, they are the best, [name] . But the website and app are either being hacked or need to be fix. I have 1400 points, tried to redeem, add items to the bag, when I'm about to pay none of my cards are valid, then I refresh the app to try again, guess what? I don't have my reward points anymore, and they say I need to wait 24-48h for them to come back to my account, I wait and tried again another day and this happens again, a month later again this issue happened, and the website, for more that I tried writing my address the location keeps changing to the house next door, and of course the payment isn't a success again and my reward points goes to waste. This seems to me it's a scam for them to spend more and or use grubhub or DoorDash (where you have to pay more) and your points are not valid in this platforms, !!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They are not loyal to my loyalty account points and rewards.

Just wanted trivia. The flow from app to trivia is dumb. I try to login, can't reset password. App says: then just make a new acct. But I can't because phone number is used, and I can't reset based on phone number. Stop being jerks and just let me play as a guest! The old trivia they hand you a device and you play. I wasted 20+ minutes trying to get my info harvested by you so I could answer questions about tom Brady. Your app wrecked my dining experience.

On two consecutive days I have tried to place orders in the app and keep getting the error “APP4241.” I've tried multiple forms of payment, multiple iterations of orders, but nothing has worked. Same thing on the website. How can anyone even place an order if this is happening??

Was able to sign in, was able to add a favorite location, was able to add things to the bag, then added a visa card to account, never used the app until now, error occurred and said I tried too many times to add a card and reached my daily limit???? I'm uninstalling this app right now. They should hire someone to redo their app, it's bugged out as heck.

App used to work. It doesn't work now. It won't let you place an order.

cannot play triva

It's a laggy, glitchy app. It freezes frequently and tells me I'm too far to order from the store my wife drives past on her way home. Then presents me with the option to continue my order from the far store but does nothing when I tap "Keep". Eventually it gives me a technical difficult error and tells me to call my order in by phone.

App is garbage. It lags like crazy and won't let me checkout.

Doesn't let you order more than one of the same sauce. I ordered the 20 wings value deal and it said pick up to 4 sauces. I picked honey bbq and Parmesan garlic, there is only check boxes for the sauces but no + or - for adding more or less of the same sauce. Figured the restaurant would do 2 of both and they didn't. So end up losing out on two sauces. Fix the app to allow more than one of the same sauce because the restaurant doesn't know to give you more.
