Wont let me sign up

I love Burger King and had recently gotten the app. Every single day I try to see if it fixed but it will not let me log in. I researched and apparently this has been happening for over a year and there have been multiple complaints to cooperate but they do nothing about it.

Terrible customer service

Never recieved my order when doing the delivery option ,I complained and was told between 24 to 48 hours id hear from someone but never did for a whole week.i tried to rate my delivery and reported but option it just ends chat.

Cold food

I use the app to make a “drive-through” order and the food was cold when I picked it up. I'm not uber eats or door dash.

App charges despite of error

This application has too many bugs. It charges the credit card and then reports there is error. After half hour, it said order went through and the order could be picked up. There's no way to cancel and get refund. Never get any response after reporting this issue.

Not worth it! Customer service through the app is useless. Just order through DoorDash and save on extra app fees.
