Do not pay using the app. If the restaurant doesn't have what you ordered after the app confirms your order the non-existent chat AI will not refund your money after multiple requests. They are stealing money and don't care. It's now been 1 week that I've been waiting on a refund and still haven't heard anything from customer no service. All I asked was for them to cancel my order and issue a refund after the restaurant did not have 4 of the 7 items I ordered. Tough luck using the BK app.

Slow to update points and rewards but iversll, it's functional. A value menu and better pricing would attract more users and bigger numbers.

you cannot cancel an order in the app?!?! the store was out of Impossible burgers and said the order could only be refunded through the app! there's no option so i contacted their USELESS AI "customer support" which did not provide an option to cancel the order or even select out of stock as an issue. this is 2025 for crying out loud!!!
