there is no option to get Swiss cheese in the app and no one answers the phone at the store so...what are we supposed to do to get Swiss cheese? mcdonalds?

Still a poor update. Their added security measures are awful and kicked me from my account. Does that mean there was a security breach? Now they are limiting when you can use their deals. Just another reason not to eat at burger king. This app just makes me wish there was a Wendy's closer to me. This is still a poorly developed app even after a new logo. Their "deals" have actually gotten worse.

I order fried pickles and the limited time sandwich that is suppose to have fried pickles. I wasn't notified they were out and they made the sandwich without fried pickles. They asked me to sub fried pickles for the cheaper option which was fries. No change back for the difference was offered. This was a dine in order on the app also so they forget to give the drink cup since they are used to giving that at time of ordering. I don't trust the app.

Awful...they recently changed the way to redeem deals and offers, once I used the deal, I have to wait 60 minutes to redeem another, what a bummer. (McDonals has similar but it is onpy 15 minutes to wait.)

They ran out of food that I ordered on the app. I couldn't change my order because it was online. Store 9333 has horrible customer service due to their inability to keep correct inventory and I paid for their failure to make customers happy and they got the order wrong
