Good but crashes
Great app with lots of options for lines/angles - but App continuously crashes. It's infuriating.

There is no human customer support, only bot support. I was at a Caesars casino last night and asked them how to close my account. They said to do it online. I searched 'close account' in support and got 0 results. Good luck trying to close your account. Shop around for a sports book app. Don't say I didn't warn you. PS - all these Caesars answers to negative posts are from a bot, and chatting or calling will get you a bot response. Don't say i didn't warn you.

One of the worst sportsbooks
I have bet on about every sportsbook. I often like to try different ones to check their lines/promos. After using Caesar's for a bit, I can honestly say it may be the worst. Good luck with any live betting. It will keep saying the odds have changed and you have to remove the bet from the slip and reselect (even with “accept odds changes” on). If you have multiple live bets in a slip it won't even tell you which one has changed, so you have to remove them all and re-add. It will say “cashout available”before placing most bets but only actually offer it about 5% of the time. And it is a known fact the odds are the usually the worse on Caesars. I will be getting this waste of space app off my phone immediately and heading right back to DraftKings.

Do not waste your time . Im a single parlay bettor , when you get referred your promised $50 bonus bets, but its all $10 increments . They basically broke it down so you can lose. But I won $55 attempted to withdraw it waiting 2 days still nothing, contacted support they said “its approved” check my account IT WAS NOT APPROVED YET STILL PENDING” So I cancelled it played the $50 turned it into $350 tried to withdraw the remainder $5 and the entire $350 and that was SUNDAY IT IS NOW THURSDAY !!! THIS IS A RIP OFF DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD THIS

the worst app for betting, they take money in a minute and you have to wait forever to withdraw (they haven't gotten to that point yet, they block the account, it looks like a deliberate move) I warn you, avoid the app costumer service the worst !!!! Zero help
