Want to stop gambling?
If I want to cut down on my gambling, I simply use this app. The terrible functionality, constant freezes, incapability of maintaining real-time updates all deters me completing a bet. It's so bad, I just forget it. Close the app and keep my money. Unsure why it's so difficult to make a good betting app.

No Withdrawal
BE WARN!!! I've won over $900 with this app and couldn't withdraw any of it! They denied all forms of payment including deposit and ACH. Customer service will send you in circles. This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with Bookmaker apps. Do not install this app and place wagers. There is a very strong possibility that your winnings or deposits will not be withdrawn. I advise you to consider more respectful apps like DrakftKings or FanDuel

Application offers promos - then does not honor them - Julio the chat representative couldn't even find my email. Only after I told him I'm logged in wwith that email did he find it. They say the sportbooks will reach out my email. I would recommend DK or FD over Ceasars they have superior customer service

Poor customer svc
They never give an actual answer as to why certain lines can't be combined for parlays. They couldn't give a straight answer as to why the Tyson/Paul fight wasn't available in my state. They hang up on you when you call them or pretend they can't hear when an agent does answer.

Worst app ever
They take FOREVER to grade games. They never display real time stats when you bet player props. The app is so much worse than DK and FD!!!

SLOW APP NOT WORKING IN SYNC The app is very slow almost not operating into the 21st century. It's lagging with strong internet.I stopped using this app for that main reason. Ceasars get with your IT EXEC and clear up this mess I can not wager on this mess. Trash all I can say. Maybe it's isolated but the other apps without Ceasars money sync and play better. The app is very lagging.
