Calottery are worse crooks than banks. When the scratcher odds are 1 and 3 odds of winning or 1 and 2.7 odds of winning and you play 10 - 12, 13 sometimes 14 fn tickets in row and don't not even a free ticket something is wrong. Odds are a complete lie. The lottery is a complete mislead of the consumer. The book is a scam or just flat out crooks and are only out to take and steal from the consumer. Are the 2nd chance winners names even real. Never met anyone who has claimed to win 2nd chance!

What’s wrong?
For months something has been wrong with this app! The scanner won't work! It says it has an error and it will not scan my tickets. This used to be so easy and such a reliable app to use. Now I should just delete it. My friends and I just have such problems with it. Such a shame.

Never works always say error. Don't know why they don't fix it.

Scanner used to work, but for the last year, no joy. App is less helpful if I have to manually review each number.

Does what it is supposed to do. No major complaints. However I have to click on the "My Submissions" twice as the first time it fails. Probably because maybe it senses in not logged in and the next time you click it logs you in? Just my guess

2nd chance scanner
I have been having a lot of issues with the app just in the second chance scanner. It will work about 25% of the time recently. If you could fix that it would be very helpful!

“Error: Can’t Scan Ticket”
iPhone 16 Pro Max was gifted to me. Yet: close up it's too blurry to scan. Further out: it's too small. Then times out with “Error cannot scan ticket” - expected behavior is to have iOS camera controls available for macro imaging, or working on newer phones in general.
