I find it useful to search for products and where they are in store, however, every store I go into my service drops to nothing and the app is useless, and no, I don't want to use the store's wifi.

Nice app for locating items in store, but twice now I've ordered sale items, been charged for them, then watched inventory dwindle to zero without my order getting filled. Not only did I not get that item, I missed opportunities to buy comparable items on sale as well.

App development-landscape / portrait functionality
Update: Response was they CANNOT develop a multi platform to deal with the landscape and portrait functionality. OUR response to that would be….perhaps Canadian Tire should find a new developer that CAN build the app with the functionality as 99% of the apps out there HAVE this functionality. If there is always a way…cannot is just a developer answer. Hey all….perhaps we can get with the times? I'm sure I'm NOT the only user that uses the iPad in BOTH directions (tall and wide screen) however this app only operates in tall and skinny mode. Why is that when most every other app works both ways. I think its time…lets make it happen.

Normally the app functions very well. Recently the search by discount % feature has been showing 0 results or crashing the app. Otherwise, excellent shopping experience. The inventory system is incredible. I can check if something is in stock, then use the app to navigate to the correct aisle in the store. It saves me a ton of time looking around for what I need. You can also scan barcodes in the store to check the app for reviews. Would be 5 stars of the discount % search feature got fixed.

Easy to navigate but impossibly slow on my android. I can usually find a Canadian Tire employee before the app works - and anyone who has tried to find a CT employee knows how long that can take

The app works great! The only thing I don't like, which is the same on all apps, is when you do a search more things come up than what you searched for, so you have to go through many things to see all your looking for
