Annoying app
It was better when myCANAL Caraïbes. Was a separate app With a single application for all (West Indies, Guyana, France), live viewing switches to another zone. All that remains is the sound that corresponds to the program being watched. With each update, loss of the live. It disappears from the app. This is currently the case. Shift: Direct back. But always a switch of images to another time zone. iPad 10.5 iOS 17.7.3

Lack of follow-up

Not at all up to the content.
Sound problem on the channel canal plus on Imac: the volume drops drastically; You have to go to Canal Foot to hear the comments audibly! On the other hand, watching a movie is no longer very fluid (choppy camera movements and the computer fan starts!). The app and its designers seem to consider that the 2017 iMacs (iMacs without Apple silicon) are obsolete! The planet is burning 🥵! This is irresponsible and appalling. Finally, modest SUGGESTIONS that you have not taken into account for several years: making the release of the playlist catalog of films more readable and notifying us a week before would be preferable (and not 48 hours as is the case today); finally SEPARATING the movies and series still in this playlist would be much clearer as it is the case on Prime! I contacted your customer service which is only a service in name: you treat your customers like industrial cattle! Have a nice day.

In the TV app, I can't turn on the Dragon ball anime because it says that it's an adult program and it is necessary to create a parental code. I created a code and enabled the security but there is still a lock, there is not even an option to enter the code

Unacceptable solution. Got kicked out of HD Austria by telling me I can use my login data for canal + as well. Trying to login runs into an error. Time to cancel the contract.

I want to watch a selected movie. Suddenly it logs me out of the app, and then when I log in again, the circle in the app spins and so on. And it's not the fault of the Internet on my side. Correct it, because you will lose a customer irretrievably.
