Dysfunctional app
App never recognizes phone number and have had several issues and have not even received my card yet. I have called 3 times reported issues and get the answer it is not happening on their end! My phone works just fine and once I get my card I will place it in my safe and will never use it!! Their app is a complete mess and if they are having these issues even before me getting my card, I don't want to know what else will happen!!

Widget Broken
Ever since I got the newest iPhone 16PM, the widget has been going black and is unable to be resynced. I eventually figured out that deleting the app completely and redownloading fixed the widget, but this is highly annoying to do. Please fix this ASAP. It's been a problem for a while now. My workaround finally failed again and I need to delete and redownload again 😡 Otherwise a great app and widget…when everything is working

Inconvenient
The virtual card feature on the app doesn't work when I'm in other countries. I really needed to use my virtual card for online shopping when I was in Australia but the virtual card section of the app just wouldn't load when outside of US. what's the point of having virtual card it if cannot use it when needed.

Not sure what happened
Not sure what happened or why there are now only a certain number of times we can access our account information a day, before we have to call in. For some reason I now have to have a code texted to me to access my accounts regardless of whether I am using the app or the website. Once I have reached a certain number(No idea how many that is) of “code requests” they lock your account for 24 hours or you can call them to unlock. I have tried to turn this feature off and cannot. It is not a “safety feature” to me but more of a hassle!!
