I don't know why the loan option isn't working and I have been banking with you for over 4 years now.... once I clicked on the loan option I won't be able to access any page it's just gonna stop working.. I am really disappointed

I cant understand, this carbon app, over 3year using the app to obtain loan and alway paying back, just this jan 2025, am unable to access there loan. All the while i have being using it, i was not told to upgrade to tier 4. There should be a provision for those customers that will not meet that requriment.

First the so was awesome, but currently, the app does not start on my phone. It's been like this for months. It just opens and after displaying the splash screens, the app crashes. I use a Redmi 12C with Android 10. Please check and help us. Thank you
