Careem randomly cancels order after 45 minutes of ordering the food and do not pay back the amount

It was the place where I constantly called a taxi, I ordered food 1 time because there was a discount, I canceled it within 1 minute because the discount was not defined, 69 dirhams are standing in the pending payment, I am asked for the price of the food I did not eat. The restaurant that accepted the order, I canceled👌 it within 1 minute, I delete this application completely, such nonsense does not happen.. The customer service is very helpful but I had a bad experience with it in the country where I am a tourist.

Driver has arrived..im not even late I went out but i couldn't see car and i tried call him 3 times he didn't answer my call and i even chat to ask him but he not reply me. Then he cancelled ride i have to pay for this extra. It's not my mistake. They should pay for this not customer.

App was buggy and difficult to use. GPS didn't seem to know where I was when the driver was dropping me off so I wasn't sure if the ride was complete. It would be nice if there's some kind of warning to let you know drivers cannot pick you up at shipport locations. You actually have to Walk out of the port area for a driver to be able to pick you up.

I have repeatedly requested cancellation of my subscription of careem plus via chat support, which remains inaccessible, preventing self-service cancellation. Continued billing is unacceptable and appears to be a fraudulent practice given the inability to manage my subscription. Att

My food order is 20 minutes delayed. They haven't been able to assign the delivery captain. Food might have got cold and no one is picking up the call in help support. Neither there is option to chat from app to get resolution on the order. And while trying to cancel order, it says no refund shall be processed since food preparation already started.
