Getting signing out repeatedly and all transactions history vanished, then opening new profiles again and need to customer service team always again email...too much hesels..try to fix this issue please..it's happening twice with me.

I downloaded the app to used it in Egypt. I had unprofessional behaviour from the taxi driver and I reported everything to them. Can you imagine they charged me a waiver fee for cancellation my ride, because driver ask me to pay more in dollars and when I refused he tried to hurt me and drove away without me? Next day, same situation and they don't want to refund money again. Seriously you charged me for bad behaviour of the driver? I reported already everything to my bank as a fraud app.

The ride packages description is misleading. `Taxi select' is a `Taxi` type, but it is not included in the package.

Ordered my food on this app and cancelled it immediately after the restaurant accepted my order.i forgot some items thats why I cancelled it.i placed a new order at the same store.when i checked for the refund of my cancelled order they said they said they are charging me for the full price since the restaurant has already accepted my order. I will never order food from this app again.
