The Rides are Expensive 5 kd to reach Nearest Airport 🤣 i ask a Normal taxi driver from riggae to Airport he charge me 2 kd which is quite GOOD AND CAREEM IS ASKING FOR 4 KD TO 5 kd

Careem rips you off, they charged my credit card because of negative balance, when i asked when and how they provided no evidence, am switching, Update: even worse, customer support is like a parrot, every time they are repeating the same nonsense, wish machines take over, then i would have a reason to understand the bad support, Btw, its a $3 dispute going back and forth! I don't want it anymore, just close the thread.

We order at 4:18pm and right now it's 6:37pm and we still haven't got our order. This is poor service, I'm sorry.

From food order was placed until delivered, takes 2 hours. The driver only circling around, there is app named Maps, im so disappointed. Finally i just gave the food to someone else. Ive lost my appetite. Never experienced food order this long.

Three times in a row, my order has taken triple the expected time to arrive. Even after contacting customer support, nothing changed. The wait time to speak with someone is unbelievably long; I waited 10 or more minutes for my call to be answered, and even then, the call was so laggy I could not understand the conversation. To make matters worse, they did not offer a refund when I tried to cancel my order.

No customer care hotline for drivers all they do is forwarding call. Drivers concerns about issues concerning passenger failure to pay are not handle and all cost falls on driver.
