"I had a very disappointing experience with Careem. One day, I booked a taxi through the app and waited for more than 30 minutes, but the taxi never arrived. It seems that the driver canceled the ride, yet the app still showed an outstanding balance of 12 AED. I have always paid for my rides in the past, but this time, I was charged for a service I never received. The taxi didn't even reach me, yet I was forced pay.

This app resists hala drivers to pick customers on the road. It bounds drivers to go against the flow of customers. In heavy traffic, No ride for drivers, just waste time for drivers. Careem can't manage it.

Have you lost your minds? You can't syddenly decide an order takes 35 minutes longer to deliver out of the blue with the group delivery. At least inform us. Seriously. Everyone who runs an app thinks the users work for them. Shameful. So I just leave my house now without my order bc you don't even want to pay your delivery guys properly or even hire new ones.
