over all was pretty good. had couple bad experiences with gluten free food you should have more options my duck i had was served dry no sauce but the menu said sauce when I asked about this it was always we make special for you I feel if it says sauce or something else you should get it. you should have a gluten free restaurant i feel would help or more options cause I'm gluten free cause I have to be not because I want to be but other than a couple issues things were good thank you.

App kept shuting off, never opened. Downloaded again to no avail.

The app works well only thing I would add is the different temperatures for areas of the ship. Being the casino was around 73. The buffet area was all over as far as temp. And the steak house was 66 degrees and then the next time it was 75 degrees. So dressing appropriately for different events was tough.

The hub worked good for us for the most part. A few times the messages lagged when trying to contact some in our group.

Prefer paper menus. Chat function should be free. Wifi kept disconnecting. Program not fully user friendly. No option for making complaints or asking questions. With other cruise lines you can book specialty meals and excursions on the app prior to boarding.

Kept dropping from the wifi, I would have to restart I my connection several times a day so that I didn't receive my cabin mate's messages in a timely manner

The Carnival Hub app is very handy to have when on the ship! This was our first time cruising with the app. It was nice to have the chat option however, the chat option was often lagging. You would get messages much later. Had to close and open, the app many times to get messages to go through, and only sometimes received notifications. Over all it was a great tool for scheduling and information.

It was nice to keep up with all the activities and dining options, but it kept knocking me off the wifi.
