No way to reach someone if there was an emergency or serious issue needing help. The app needs to have a contact for assistance just like all phones but not just for medical assistance mine was i needed a bathroom immediately and couldn't go down to guest services when my key wouldn't open my door on day 3 or 4 when it had worked just fine up until then. I have bowel issues and this was almost an embarrassing and disgusting for me an everyone cleaning it up and smelling it. Gallbladder removed.

The Host was Horrible, he didn't do a good job!!! The white party only lasted 30 mins... Everyone ended up leaving to the club on deck 2, he was so boring and Rude to the guest, the entertainment was a hot mess, they couldn't finish one of the musical, the going away party was a non show of people, You need Erin Back she was exciting she got people pump up friending and kind. I have never not had fun even on the cast away boring no excitement... This was a waste of money including the Casino!!!

The app is great to use to see what's going on around the ship and to view the dining menus. Unfortunately, the app does crash a good bit.
