Womp womp
The app is nice to see what is happening throughout the boat and seeing menus. However, the messaging between people in your group is horrible. There's no notification or anything and that is super frustrating.

Excellent…but
The trip was excellent except that on my second day in the valor cruise the breakfast from buffet was not Good at all, all my family tried it but couldn't eat that and there was bad smell coming out of my room “toilet” plumbing that we had to spray odor to kill that smell but Overall it was good and hopefully go again!

The app was very useful if you had full Wi-Fi signal. However, the app and chat feature were worthless in many areas of the ship with weak or no Wi-Fi.

Helpful Cruise App
The app helps a lot on the ship regarding scheduling my day and getting reminded for favorited events. Like being able to check out dinner menus ahead of time. Wish the dinner check-in process was a bit smoother but not sure the app can help.

The boat smells
I really wanna know why does the boat smell like dead rats the whole entire time. The smell was my only complaint this weekend. You guys need to do something about that smell and as I read the reviews, I see I'm not the only one complaining about that.

Carnival HUB is helpful…
On a recent cruise my group of travel companions and I used the Carnival HUB. It was very useful to individually access information - ship map, order extras, FUNTimes, book/check in to meals. However the fact that there was a further charge to use the chat feature was disappointing… cruising is such a nice way to travel as a group but extra costs to organise meeting places and times wasn't appreciated.

Not helpful
Cold showers , then piping hot showers, nothing in between. Didn't get moved until the morning after despite complaints to move the previous morning. Otherwise we really enjoyed our cruise.

Mostly good
I liked how you can plan your day, book into a restaurant using the App. I think the Blanc De Blanc Show should be booked through the App. We paid for the chat feature and it was very poora.
