Beware buying in app, I bought season pass at the time it seemed like the best for my buck, they advertised 110,000 coins per 1000 vault points at the end of the season for any overage since i already finished the vault buying the season pass looked ideal since it would give you more vault points. I got close to 5mil vault points, which would equal close to 500mil coins. They gave me 4mil and when I would open ticket .They just say I got my award and close it. Even with Screenshots proving it.

Is there any way to decrease the bet amount?? I am now down 100 million because I accidentally hit the up arrow TWO TIMES ALREADY within the same freaking hour of playing, raising the bet to 50 hundred million! I would absolutely NEVER bet that high, let alone on one damn spin. My fat fingers seem to get in the way, depleting my balance all the way down to 13,000,000. I'm so devastated that I doubt I will even play this game for a while because I'm beyond frustrated with this.

great choice of games but will cost you some serious coin to play. bonuses are horrible. most of time tot a bonus they force you to purchase coins and even that they start taking away. use to be good a few ago. now horrible game play and even after the bad reviews nothing has gotten better just worse.

Don't buy the coins! If you run outta coins, start another profile on your device. Once those coins run out, do it again 😂 I've got quite a few now and they all win at first, after a couple days all wins stop, so I delete that one and start another one. Oh, and don't bother contacting 'support', as they'll paste some generic reply and close the convo. Product madness has quite a few complaints filed with the BBB, and soon they'll probably get a class action lawsuit filed against them.

Misleading and fraudulent methods used to get our money. Most of the 5 star reviews are left in exchange for coins, always within the first couple days of creating the game account. After a week or so, you'll stop winning. That's when the 'one-time deal' pop ups start. Don't buy coins unless you like donating to millionaires. Just make new profiles and enjoy the wins while they are still turned on. **Support doesn't do anything except paste a prewritten reply and close the conversation**
