As soon as I open the app on my iPhone I get a 403 error

I advise customers not to order from this site. I received a defective product (Apple Watch) that I wanted to return the same day I received it. The seller asks me for photos and videos, all to delay the return, I do so anyway. When I contact customer service, I always get the same people who tell you to wait, etc. The same thing all the time. The seller took exactly 2 weeks to give him the return address. The worst thing is that I return it at my own expense. The product arrived in 2 days at the address. There was a package tracking so I knew he had received it. He says he didn't receive it but the warehouse did, but it's still a logistics warehouse and the seller is an intermediary, so I contact the warehouse directly, who confirms having received it and confirming receipt to the seller. Since then, the only answers from the seller are to wait and Cdiscount to wait, we've been almost a month and a half since my order. The company does not refund and with the complicity of the sellers, catastrophic customer service. I advise you to order from Amazon even if it means paying the price.

Shipping costs charged even though I am a Cdiscount at will, so I pay 30 euros per year. The product is nevertheless eligible, I am very disappointed.

Horror experience. Avoid at all cost buying anything from them. The photo are misleading. You return the product as it doesn't match the photo and they pretend they have sent you the money while asking for prove that you havent received them. Who does that. They are unable to provide proof that they sent you the money back and keep pretending that they did to delay the maximum your repayment, maybe hoping you give up so they keep the money?? Every competitor refund you easily with no delays

My bank tells me that the payment is accepted but Cdiscout does not want to accept the order...

I have been buying from them for a long time. Unfortunately they cannot control the reliability of the delivery people.
