Couldn't get it to install my home charger. List of amperages for charger breakers does not correspond to breaker nor common breaker amperages. Not sure if charger can't get wifi? Fails at "Joining Wifi Network". My phone gets wifi at the charger.

In Canada it autoreloads ridiculous amounts and you cannot turn this off or pay in any other way. Borderline criminal. Avoid this company at all costs. My first review was deleted from the appstore. They seem to get rid of negative ones. AVOID

Got the app, as charged yesterday on THEIR charger. Map says it DOESN'T EXIST. In fact, only 6 chargers in the ENTIRE UK. My vehicle is 2 yrs older than it actually is.

Outdated EV Database?
Can't add 2025 Rivian R1S to profile because the database stopped in 2023. ChargePoint, please update your data.

Mostly works
The app should have more intuitive options beyond only charging at specific times( such as charging based on battery limits). Also the unit frequently loses connection to the home WiFi- while all other connected devices are stable.

App designed to fail on VPN
Here is an application typically used away from home, and the developers (likely brain dead management) force you to turn OFF your VPN! This garbage either zombies out the app or puts it into an infinite loop. You log in, throws up a privacy lorem ipsum and immediately goes back to the login prompt. Over and over. So dumb and customer hostile. Another fun thing they are doing is apparently changing this month by month. I was able to charge up with their app two months ago, same phone configuration. But today nope, can't log in. I actually owe them money because apparently my Apple Pay failed on them. (Hacked their stupidity by using the GM app to access charging). Can't use the app so you try using the website to update payment, right? Nope, website is also locked down stupidly, to the point where you can't even pay them! “Turn off all VPN” is their only “fix” to this, and for those of us who travel and have data concerns this isn't an acceptable solution. Website and app are loaded with creepy crawly Google and Cloudflare, and it would seem that in the end this company is mostly leveraging your need for electricity to gather endless sensitive location, and other private data on customers. You are paying for the privilege of being spied upon. We are the product and paying for our exploitation.

Only one charger is available. The charging area is the dealerships' very congested working area, poor access.

3 small problems, the 1st I have the impression that anyone can stop my current charge directly on the terminal (I'm not sure), the 2nd my vehicle is not listed like most BYDs by the way and the 3rd and last point on my charge monitoring I have nothing. The current session, in progress is empty. Otherwise for a 1st experience it's not too bad and quite simple.
