Automatic top-up a theft

I use a lot of charging apps in these 3 years of electric cars, but this is the only one that charges you €10 on your balance every time you go below €5 in balance! Yesterday for €6 of charging at the column they charged me €20 (€10+€10) which now I have to be forced to use! Never again!

Horrible

Absolutely horrible. I wasted all the time putting my name information and credit card number in the app only for the charger to tell me I'm not authorized to charge. I tried four different chargers and got the same message over and over. Why are Tesla charge so easy to use compared to these third-party, horrible chargers. Thanks for wasting 15 minutes of my time only to tell me after I can't use your charger. It wouldn't make sense to tell me upfront. I can't use the charger but no you have to wait until I waste 15 minutes of my time to do so.

Problem Connecting

Account all established but challenging to connect. Had to call in twice to get customer service to help with the issue

When trying to login, it shows “the data could not be read because it isn't in the correct format”. This is very frustrating and annoying. Please fix this ASAP.

DO NOT TRUST - SCAM

They billed my card for an extra hour and a half of charge when I only used the station for half an hour. I arrived at the charging station at 3:30 pm, plugged my car in, and then left at 4:05 pm. But the receipt they sent me shows that I was charging until 5:32 pm, which the location logs on my phone AND my car can prove I was not.
