Why do they make it so hard?

Made me want to tear my hair out. Why does it need to be so complex? I just want to plug in, pay and go. Wasted 20 minutes and then 5 failed attempts and declined payments with all my cards from various banks.

3 charging points, 1 is shown as free even though a vehicle is currently plugged in, the other two give the error "Card not activated"...

Ive been off line for three months plus. when ever i call support they instruct me that my wi fi is not strong enough or not located closer to the unit. FYI the unit is located 10 to 12 ft away in the same garage area as the charger . My emails are acknoledge that they are recieved only.

why so expensive? why are you ripping off poor people? it's twice the price of gallon of gas? all other charging points charging between 25$ and 30$. please arrange a refund as soon as possible

The station said it was free but then it charged me. The one at the pool next door also says free but is actually free. Not impressed

There are more than 10 charging stations within 500m radius, yet the app shows none of them.

The app itself is mostly OK. Selecting the charging station is fiddly when there are several next to each other. That alone would probably be worth 3-4 stars. The shady practice of debiting money when you fall below €5 is completely unacceptable. The amount is also not transparent and was sometimes €20 for a few kWh charged. The pretext of "staying mobile" doesn't work, as the charge is only debited after charging. This is also a way to create capital that you can use to earn money...
