They will always keep £5 of your money!!
I used a ChargePoint public charger at a hotel recently. It worked well, first time, but was very expensive. It was made even more expensive by the fact that every time your balance goes below £5, £10 is automatically taken from your bank account to top it up! I left the hotel with over £8 credit on my account - credit that I am not likely to get back ever as there are no ChargePoint chargers near me! Basically, they have stolen money from me. I should've just used one of the other mini chargers nearby!

It’s awesome, but no for international travelers
The app is great. At least the wallet nfc option is super smooth to start the charge, BUT, it would me better if this app could be downloaded from any country App Store, I have to carry two phones to use it because the wallet can't be shared, and the app can't be downloaded if your store is not in the US. Please open it

Cannot join a waiting list for my favorites in Android Auto. it's definitely not safe for me to pull my phone out while driving to do this. Has difficulty starting charge from the app sometimes.

The app is absolutely unusable. You stand in front of a Chargepoint station, want to charge - but the app first asks for a series of intrusive data to register, so that credit cards are not recognized. Of course, PayPal can only be activated via the desktop. I will not use this charging network under any circumstances.

Mostly good, could use some simple improvements
When reporting problems or adding photos, please add the option to use camera roll in addition to taking a new photo. I often snap a pic of a broken station and then report it later. Now I'm taking a photo of my computer displaying the photo that I previously took? Feels dumb.

I contacted them a couple of times to get a refund from the remaining balance I have in the account back from 2022 and only had the car for a couple of months and they keep giving me information that has nothing to do with me wanting my refund. and I ask what does it have to do with my refund and I don't hear back.

Stop deleting negative reviews
This company is useless. Seven months after the release of the GMC Sierra EV, these clowns cant even add it to their app. Support case after support case goes ignored. Useless. Thanks for the lack of support, guys. How about instead of trivial features that noone cares about, and deleting reviews, that you just get the basics right huh?
