I love my Apple 8 iPhone. Now, I can no longer use it for Schwab's website. I hope you fix the problem.

Terrible
I have used Fidelity for many years, and it is much better. You can buy fractional shares and there is no minimum for mutual funds. The app of CS also is bad. Learn from Fidelity.

Not sure what all you did but I have never had any problems with your app until now ever time I try to use Zelle it craps out I have reset my phone redownloaded the app and still it does not work if it's not fixed soon may have to find a new bank

Needed assistance with money wire
I needed assistance with the final confirmation details and the gentleman assisting me didn't know what information was needed so my wire transfer wasn't processed yesterday and the funds returned to my bank account this morning. Any one of the individuals I spoke with regarding the wire transfer could have delved further into the transaction funds since I had a confirmation number rather quickly so I could have fixed the issue and made my purchase with half of the amount I paid today! So needless to say, I lost out exponentially on the NMAX stock!!

iOS compatibility is wrong
Schwab app says it's only compatible with IOS 17.0 but my phone is “up to date” with IOS 16.7.11 so now I can't use this app at all!

No longer let's me sign in, has a "this feature (logging in btw) is temporarily unavailable" How is logging in temporarily unavailable It's the most basic requirement

I can't see anything including deposits and withdrawals on checking. Used to be great. Not anymore. No stars. Made me give one star to submit.
