Disappointing experience with their external account connector—it consistently fails to pull accurate balances on secondary accounts. Despite reporting this issue multiple times through the app, the only response is to call customer support. If I wanted to call, I wouldn't have reported it via the app. Relying solely on phone support for resolution is frustrating and undermines the purpose of having an app for convenience.

Cannot see total of all accounts on dashboard
I like this app, but a recent version seems to have taken away the default of showing the total of all accounts. I cannot even go in and select more than one account to view. I can get this on the website, but not the app. So I find myself logging into the website more than using the app, which defeats the purpose of the app. Please address this in the next version. Thank you.

Unfortunately this app isn't too good. I liked the TD Ameritrade app a lot better. Schwab app you can't take screenshots, everytime I go use another app then go back to Schwab I have to re log in. I don't like the stock screen format. I have to scroll down a lot to view the info I'm looking for. When placing stock or option orders I can't view info I need such as the bid ask size, etc. I actually lost money using the app as the info was incorrect.

5G phone. I've been using Schwab mobile app for approx. 6 years. The mobile app. locks up. I get screwed on trade updates/buy/sell/status every day! Verizon network waits for access to. Info. Pop up box with " wait for app or logout". No matter which option I choose, Schwab kicks me to the curb. I've just about had enough. Losing thousands of dollars because of this. I'm pissed.
