Sudden change to online consumer banking access is suspicious. Why is it now more complicated to find the individual consumer log in website among the throng?

Website or app won't let me logging, create account or anything, always an error message. Not even the messages that say wrong account or password.

Chase is a good example of getting big enough you no longer need to improve. They brag about their virtual assistant yet it can't even answer the question "What is my APR?" The app is buggy and has too many things nested into too many sub menus.
