Misses updated contracted fees
You can see everything on the app, but the fees. I am trying to figure out how much does cash withdrawal cost, and have been chatting with AI, tried to call them, went into the rabbit holes of the app… wasted 20 minutes when in fact there should be just one section with the document of most recently updated fees. Should be super easy, but instead super complicated to figure out.

App isn’t working to book travel
App isn't working to book travel. Last May it worked for me, but I have tried to book more travel accommodations and activities every day this week and the app never loads the page for me to do so beyond selecting the dates of travel.

Terrible I saved my password for my account but chase didn’t save it
Horrible app for online banking to check my account I was going to see my account but I now can't get access to my account I saved my password chase said error while saving please try again

Chase Bank Works Against Customers
A while back I was making huge payments to my credit card. After making those payments, chase hurt my credit score by lowering my credit limit as I made more lump sum payments. I was unaware of this and noticed that my credit did not improve because of this. Chase's credit card policies work against the customer and as a result, they are losing loyal customers. In addition, this bank takes action on your account without your consent and will not do anything to restore your credit line or re-open your checking account after they closed it. As a Veteran, please stay clear of this bank. They will decrease your credit line instead of leaving it, this will reduce your credit instead of helping it. Really disappointed, I just spoke to a customer service representative and they gave me poor excuses as to why my limit was lowered. You treat your customers horrible and on top of that, you do not let them recover their credit. Horrible bank.

Terrible User Interface
For being the biggest bank in america and with practically unlimited funds, im sure its not difficult to hire some UI developers to make the app more appealing. The whole investing part with jp morgan is by far the worst UI ive ever seen. No wonder why Robinhood is gaining market share so easily. Step up your game. It's unacceptable its todays age. Chat gpt would make a better design.
