I love doing this on my phone but some features are tedious. Not being able to adjust collages more, not being able to return where I left off each time I edit. But I have done these for years and will continue. Worth every penny.

Needs iPad landscape mode

I enjoy the Chatbooks service and the photobooks I make every month. My criticism is for the iPad app. NO ONE IS USING THE iPad IN PORTRAIT MODE. PLEASE MAKE IPAD APPS LANDSCAPE. Thanks:-)

Misleading & diffucult to use. I used Chatbooks to print Instagram photos a couple years back, I thought I would do that again. Only after signing up for the subscription do they tell you they *only* acess camera roll photos. So not only can I not get the curated, edited photos with dates and captions, any photos I edit or save elsewhere I have to move back into my camera roll to add them. Very frustrating for what was supossed to be a cute, quick project.

Ever since the last update, this app has been terrible! It is super slow at loading or doesn't load at all. The new format makes it nearly impossible to quickly reorder pages like you previously could. I also dislike that now after creating a collage page, it sends that new page all the way to the end instead of keeping it in the current location. Please improve the app to be like the previous performance, it was so much more enjoyable to use.

Hello, I ordered off FB I thought I had everything I needed however it told me to download app I did but not letting me pick photos for my book What do I do now? How do I get my photos in my cart? Heck how do I get my photos?

Constantly reloads

The app constantly reloads when I go on another app (ie: to check my actual photo app). When I come back it closed everything. Very annoying!

Quality gone down

I've used their service since 2020 and have 4 large books. The most recent book is dark, pixelated and print quality is different than my first 3 in which I was very pleased with hence the 2 stars. Tried to contact customer service regarding this and they weren't any help.

Not as good as before

I used to love this program to make my yearly photo albums. But you can no longer pull photos from Instagram- which is where I have all my best photos. And Also, you used to be able to add blank pages for just text but I can't do that anymore! Very disappointed!
