It kept glitching with the date and the location and the chat girl Amber was no help and would not fix it for me so I scrapped the entire idea after spending a lot of time working on photos and captions. Thank you for nothing.

Used the app from late 2022-2023, loved it and didn't have any problems. However, just started reusing the app and it's harder to work with; I can't access any of my prior books, customizing the book pages is harder, caption positioning is really low in my opinion, and I had an issue that was supposed to be resolved but hasn't yet. Still love the company, but the app needs some more attention since whatever updates happened in 2024.

WHY IS THIS APP SO HARD TO USE?! The concept is cool, but it's atrocious trying to actually get the photos and the books how you want them.

App is not user friendly. When I first started using it, it was great, but after a couple months everything started bugging out. In the past, your monthly subscription credit could be used for any month easily, but apparently now it HAS to be used for the month the subscription charge came out. The app is buggy, I can never seem to edit my cover, constantly closing and reopening the app. Im about ready to scrap the whole thing and find a different way to print my babys pics.
