Drivers are useless. They have your groceries and apon delivery they decide they not going to deliver it cos your area is not safe. They would rather stand on a secluded spot and wait, and you must get them there.What the hell, checkers already received my payment and my delivery fee, so why must I still go and collect my order. This is not the 1st time. @ CHECKERS PLS FIRE UR DRIVERS COS THEY ARE USELESS AT DELIVERY

Checkers got too big for it's boots. The App has becomed like shopping hunger games. One minute itemis available, next minute it's 2 hours later, then out of stock. Not choosing 'No Back Up' has been taken away. O and the min order amount was increased. Not a single whisper of communication from Checkers. Horrible business ethics from Checkers

I placed my order and the driver got lost and canceled my order as he couldn't find his way to my address. Why was my order canceled for there negligence.

Absolute disaster. Ordered 2 pizzas for the price of R99. When I opened the bag the pizza, the one box was all mangled up and the other one open and the box torn. Checkers Raslouw Manager was so kind to exchange it for me. I am grateful towards him. Will never use Sixty60 again!!!!

Today wasn't a good experience. An order was placed for items that were available. I was missing 2 items; one of which went through the till but I never received it (what happened to it);2nd one was out of stock. To top it off when I phoned I was told I will be charged a further R35 because my order was now at a lower amount. The gentleman that assisted me was very polite and tried to assist. He went and spoke with his team leader who said 'no customer must pay'. Is this sercice!!!!!!!!!

Every time one has to use the app at the till to scan the loyalty card it prompts for registration and cellphone number making it's usage time complicated, not user friendly especially when the app itself is super slow in the initial phase! Fix it Checkers team!
