Chegg quality worsening

The new version of chegg is a real nuisance. I used to love using it but now the user interface, quality of answers from expert and the flow of answers were totally useless. Imagine having to send the questions 3 times just because the expert copied and pasted the same generic answer to your questions. Also, i can only insert ONE picture at a time, which is so annoying because its easier to give the questions through multiple pictures for better description of it. BRING THE OLD CHEGG BACK

Scummy company that charged me after I had cancelled my subscription. They also aren't in compliance with FTC regulations around making it easy to cancel.

Too many issues to justify the price.

I used to like Chegg to find actual answers to difficult questions. Specifically I needed explanations for the answers. Now they've changed it all to be AI. Why would you want to pay $14.99 a month for AI when ChatGPT is free? Not only that, there is no device limit for ChatGPT. Not only that, it actually works. Chegg stopped working on my iPhone as soon as they updated it to be AI-based. I would say since the update it's not worth it.

I hate the new update. It takes longer for me to find the answer that I need and the new layout is confusing to use. The AI is useless. I liked the previous version much much better. Please bring back the previous version. This AI update is horrible. I've had Chegg for years and I have since canceled my subscription because this new layout is not benefiting me. Takes ages now to get a response from real Chegg experts.

It was functional and actually worth using for a while, but when they rolled out Chegg AI, which gives wrong answers every time instead of giving actual human interaction, it became a waste of 15$ per month. I'm going to use my 15$ on something that can actually give me ways to check my homework problem solving process. I've gotten better results from tutoring and YouTube alone, whatever Chegg used to be is now not there, and not worth 15$ monthly.
