0 stars I hate chegg I just downloaded chegg to take screen shots of my homework and it just reads the question it does not give me the answer chegg is useless

Misleading advertising

Use chatGPT it's free, I don't get why it was marketed as free or even let me put in the equation to begin with. I don't know how well the app is but the dishonesty in trying to get users was enough to sway me away.

EBOOK DIDN’T LOAD DURING FINAL!

I rented a Chegg ebook and it didn't load during my final! Chegg online support and text support simply stopped responding to me! DO NOT USE CHEGG! THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS! They could have at least responded that they were having site difficulties. Accidents can happen. BUT Not replying is completely unprofessional and the reason why I'm telling everyone to use another book renting/buying company. Along with being a student, I'm a teacher, so you just lost a lot of customers Chegg!

Wrong expensive answers

Only use if you want an expensive app that give so many wrong answers! Once enough people get screwed over by their work and down vote it then they might correct it but not till then.

Do not get this app. They will charge you and make you go through loops to cancel your account. I beg you as a college student thats lost so much money do not get this app

Can’t cancel subscription

I have tried to cancel my subscription a million times, I have an iPhone so it takes me to settings however it doesn't show up that I have a subscription active so I can't cancel it. I keep getting charged every month for an app that I no longer need since graduating and it's ridiculous.
