At the pump
Kind of confusing. I used the 10cent/ gallon reward slot, I thought I was supposed to go towards the 25cents/gallon slot but the app sent me back to the beginning of the bar at 5cents/gallon slot. Why?

the app wanted me to put in my debit card info to pay through the app. it took an extra $50 "to hold"... how long does that last?! never again...

STAY AWAY!!!
This app charged me $165.63 while buying $12 of gas! Do not use this app they will steal your money. The support team is closed on weekends to so dont bother with them. They'll have you stuck with no help!

Will seize your entire bank account
This app will take all the money out of your bank account leaving a 0 balance . I don't recommend it. It's nice in the beginning with the $1 off per gallon but once those rewards run out and you use the app, if you don't pump your gas within 3 to 5 seconds, it will cancel the transaction and wipe out your bank account. This has happened to me twice and I called their customer service. They will say they cancelled the transaction and reversed the funds and to call your bank. When you call your bank they will say it's nothing they can do and you will have to wait for the reversal. It caused an overdraft on my account and the bank could not help me

I put fuel on 2 cars every Friday or Saturday, from $70 to $90 and when I finish my 2⁰ nd car my reward is between $0.10 to $0.25 by Monday is back to $0.05 😂😂😂😂 never going to reach $0.25 cent. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

After downloading and setting up the account my profile showed me that I had 250 points for signing up and that I would get another 250 points and 25 cents a gallon off and 25 cents off my first purchase, but I didn't get 25 cents off a gallon and my points balance was 270 total after my first purchase. If I had known I would've gone to the next station where it was 25 cents less a gallon and without a con job. Shame on Chevron! UNINSTALLED

I cannot sign in to the app with my number from my phone as it says, "You've already created an account with this device." Inputting your number, as it says, either creates, or signs you into your account. Regardless, I don't even understand how it signed me out in the first place. There's no option to report issues so I'm making this review instead. I've been using the app on the exact same phone for about a year and a half and now it's suddenly unusable.
