Convenience is great but I'd rather be able to mix and match, but single cans are no longer available and without promo codes, prices weren't very competitive.

easy to use. like the fact it verifies you with the bank. had a 15% code to save and only saved 5%. otherwise would have received 5stars.

it would be easier if on the site for ordering there was for example glad puppy pads and you click that and you can order from that the size and count and scented or unscented instead of one for each size and one for each count and one for each scent. instead of scrolling through 70 different types of puppy pads there is only 7- 10 to scroll through.

Navigation is cumbersome. there is seemingly no way to access the menu or go back to home without using the back button dozens of times.

Great site in general but your app doesn't open it's own links from emails you send. Like if I hit track package in an email it opens my web browser and not the application. I checked the default web addresses and supported links and everything is enabled

it's great that a 35% off the 1st autoship was offered, but boy was that deceiving! it's 35% ONLY up to $20 on that 1st autoship order. that's a real shame, food has gone up SO high in the past few years, you want to feed your pets well but who can afford to? can't even afford to feed them moderately well with these prices! a real 1x 35% off would have been amazingly helpful, Chewy!!
