Needs Work
The menu as ordering part of the app is good. But knowing when your order is ready or ordering ahead is a hassle, you can't tell where your order is in the process. If that was addressed then it would be better.

Awful app
Trying to log into this app is so infuriating that it makes me never want to eat at Chick-fil-a ever again. I do not know how in 2024 this is the best they can do.

Curbside
When they say your order is on the way but you're actually still waiting 5-10 minutes for it, there's no way to let them know that you have not received your order on the app.

Doesn’t work
It's the 12 days of free food and I'm sitting here with no rewards on my app, while my friend is getting a free chicken biscuit. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Fix Your Tracking
I don't write app reviews but this one in particular has been driving me nuts. Whenever I order delivery, I'm able to track it no problem until it hits the original delivery estimate, and then the tracking disappears completely. Lets say my order was originally scheduled to arrive at 11:28, but the driver is running a bit behind. Instead of the app updating that delivery estimate, it stays as 11:28, and then once 11:28 rolls around, the order tracking is gone. It's replaced with the default empty screen saying “you don't have any orders”. It's incredibly annoying whenever I order food at work and am trying to keep an eye on when it'll arrive.
