Love chilis but…
I love Chilis. Love using the app to get on the waitlist or to order to go. But for the love… please remember my login. I am so tired of signing into the app every single time I use it. Keep me signed in on my own phone!!!

Defaulting to 18%
Crazy to default to an 18% tip for takeout ordered on the app. I have no idea what level of service I will get. Chili's should pay their employees better no jack up tips.

Doesn’t work!!!
Every time I try to place an order, I get an error. Do the exact same thing in a browser, goes thru fine. REALLY ANNOYING.

Multiple times now ordering delivery through the app has sent my food to the mall across town! I have literally never ordered delivery to that mall so I don't know why it happens. I double check my delivery address, both typing it in and using my location to ensure the correct delivery address. the app has no easy ways to cancel or correct orders after the fact, and after calling the restaurant I was told they could not cancel the order on their end (they could just avoid making the food items)

Can’t pay with GC and Cc
Says you can add up to 3 gift cards in additional to payment but payment would not process until I removed all the gift cards and paid only by credit card. Poor checkout process. 👎👎👎

Logs me out constantly and is always buggy
I keep my phone up to date and all apps up to date. I check th box “keep me logged in” on this app and yet every single time using it for the last few months it logs me out while using it or as soon as switch to a different app like my messaging app. Did not even close the app and it logs me out! So frustrating. Even while using it before it logs me out it always hangs up on just trying to add something to the cart by making me select pick up or delivery and then it doesn't even add the item, I have to start again. Just a poorly done app.
