Customer for years
Great card to have a few problems over the years but nothing significant Not comfortable with some of the changes that have been made my mom is a senior and all the changes are hard for her to keep up with

Not for me
There are several reasons I stopped using this card. First, it got hacked, while it was locked. Second there isn't any live person that can help resolve any issues or answer any questions that you may have. Overall it was a bad,unpleasant experience and I ended up closing the account, which I am sure isn't closed. Someone tried to use it s month after I closed it. Thank goodness I stopped putting money in. Yes it was still locked, but I still got an alert . The fact that I had to give it a star to post this review is s red flag in itself

It will drop your score 93 points! Stay away!

Stop the random notifications!
As someone who's had his identity stolen before, your random in app notifications and messages scares the f out of me . It's obnoxious and I didn't sign up for those little things when I enabled normal account type notifications. Can you cut them out please for the love of god.

Still has fees
Says no fees with Walgreens atm but it literally still charges almost $3. I've contacted about the $33 refund of the bank fees I was still charged. And haven't heard anything back. About to switch back to a different bank.

Was okay while it lasted.
I've had chime for well over a year now never no problems well recently I've had $575 dollars token from my account in 3 different transactions, contacted chime was told my money would be back in my account well called again and was told I'd have to dispute so done that and very quickly they closed the dispute and denied. Told me there's a lot of fraud and scammers/ hackers going around to be careful and that they couldn't help me. So if you get random charges token out your account you know nothing about good luck getting it straightened out.

Not always accurate
This banking app said I'd get paid two days early with direct deposit and I get paid the day before Friday when my buddy that has this bank gets paid every wensday and we both work at the same place so don't count always getting paid 2 days early
