cant order a quesadilla in the store anymore so I am forced to use the app.

app is garbage. ai bot is also dumb and garbage. trying to reset password sends a email with a link. the link sends you to log in with a password. the exact thing I can't remember and need to reset. asking the ai bot pepper just sends you in loops because it's not order or store related. when asking to speak to a agent she asks for your info again I'm limited on what information I have.

it is not user-friendly I want to get on the BOGO entry and cannot do that. you have a vi that doesn't understand anything that says it will send me to a person I think!!! do you advertise something that does not exist!

a lot less useful since I can't handle issues with my order anymore. the chat bot just stone walls me. "if you talk to a person in the store they can sort it out" no actually they can't, they're out of the thing I'm missing or I'm not even at the store or they're closed now. nonsense.

tried using the apps chat feature to resolve an order issue, chatbot tells me it cannot help since the order was over 7 days ago when in fact the order was only placed 45 minutes ago.
