the portions of food under par. it look like I have a for half a burrito bowl. not worth the money at all. I also did not get my drink that I paid for.

worst place to eat on earth, they have a problem and do not close down to fix problem in a timely manner.they stay open and let customers come in and tell them you can order online but not inside. managers needs fired. maybe close place down.

Twice now I have left the store without making a purchase because the line was out of several ingredients. Please correct this. I enjoy eating at Chipotle at least twice a week.

Overall great and makes ordering easy - I always use this to order. BUT PLEASE add the ability to add more than 1 gift card... this can be very annoying when you have multiple gift cards but can only load 1 at a time and can't use multiple gift cards on 1 order

Very bad experience if the order went to a different place 11 miles away, MCdonalls has a better GPS system to locate the locations, it is illogical to arrive in 14 min to a location. That it took me more than 40 min, now I had to pay 2 times for the same order, I have called chipotle to make the claim but NO ONE ANSWERS,
