Terrible. Doesn't go through. Dead circle when I choose mobile banking, it brings me back to play market and I click open then same thing again, asking me to choose mobile banking and the back to play market. Like wth

This app is just taking me in circles. I downloaded and installed app when I open it it asks if I want to continue with mobile banking on app or online so I choose the app option and it takes me to the play store where I can uninstall or open app. So I open again and same question. If I click the other online option it just opens in a browser and defeats the purpose of using an app at all. Very frustrating.

If I could, I would rate this app a ZERO. The app is not functional on my device. Why is it telling me to install the app if I already have it? Answer: To hide the fact that it is not supported.

After updating important features missing

Before the update I could see details of my RESP, TFSA accounts, but after update I see only the total balance without details.

I am so fed up with all the advertisements and promotional "offers" when logging in. This is why I don't use CIBC for my day to day banking. Just let me log in and access my account like normal without having to dismiss all these stupid offers
