I cant say poor service. cause no service at all. staff keep playing game. manager never respond my phone call and email. I should close all my account from cibc and move it to another bank

2 years have accounts . check up continue as 20year account holder. Will close all accounts on this bank . system doesn't work .

The "Reminders" section of "Manage My Alerts" continues to be inaccessible (blank screen) within app for over a year. Also does not work on web banking. Please fix!!! Unacceptable that we cannot use this security feature.

the app doesn't even do anything. it asks what i want to bank with (online or app) and when i click app it takes me right back to the google play store

Called for a loan ( about 1hr on the phone ) was told she will further look into it .Over the weekend received a complaint resolution email that they are handling complaints in a proper manner.im not sure how she turned loan application into a complaint .( At the moment my account is not even working while paying for it .) She did wish me luck even though she is approving / denying the application.Not sure if she was being sarcastic but it's definitely not the way to approach clients.Maybe that's why no one wants to hold their money with them.They think most will keep their money when they don't deserve the business. Shareholders should think twice .
