I like your movie club and theaters are generally good but this Express default option in the app, selecting seats for me, is absolute trash! Terrible at picking/predicting seats. Disable that or add the option for users to default to Standard. I'd hate to uninstall this app just over this.

Ticketless concessions
I would have given five stars, but sometimes a friend buys a ticket for me, so I offer to buy the popcorn. Unfortunately, there's no way to order ahead for guest pick-up unless I purchased the ticket. Yes, I can still use the discount after I stand in the long line at concessions, but please allow for people to get order-ahead concessions, even if we didn't purchase the tickets! Thanks!

Loved it… until the update
Since the update the app is not usable. Can't access inbox, can't search movie information, much less book tickets. And there's no link for support. Also, buttons don't work, and it's just glitchy. I had to do a deeper search just to find a way to offer feedback and get support with the app.

Easy & Convenient. I use it to purchase tickets & reserve seats as well as upload gift cards so I can use them in the app & the concession stand. I don't love that after I purchase something on the app that I get a list of offers from other companies. I don't want to hassled, I just want to get my tickets.

Cannot login
I have been trying to login through the app for weeks now but it doesn't allow me to. It says that it is an invalid email and password. However, when I entered the same information on my phones web browser I'm able to login without any problems. Not sure if it's only a glitch in the app that is not allowing me to access my account. It's frustrating not having quick access to my membership for movie rewards and snacks.
