Cinemark's login is broken. it's ridiculous and has been what should be considered a [phone] issue now for years. they don't seem to care to fix it either.

Hello, The cinemark app you guys provided is getting better and better. However, I am unable to use my movie credit for an XD movie on the app and pay the $3.00. I am able to use my movie credit on the cinemark website but not on the app itself. Can you guys fix this please? Thanks Dion Avery

I don't like it when you make me sign in when I have a face log in. I feel like you're doing it to not give me my member discount and I had to sign in twice to boot. VERY ANNOYING!

I could not figure out how to get back to my cart or my orders. I had already selected the movie and a popcorn and I had to get away from the app and when I came back I could not find my order. not user-friendly enough

Where are the movies
Lately the two Cinemark in my town have not shown movies that other locations have, “The Looney Tunes Movie” & now the 20th anniversary of Pride and Prejudice. Why a is my town getting skipped?

Poorly laid out. Nothing but trouble when using a VPN. Prone to just randomly sign you out and forget your saved password. Can always be counted on to lag forever when you try to pull up a deal when you finally get to the front of their incredibly slow lines.
